I recently hired Expert Appliance Services to fix my fridge, which had stopped cooling. I couldn't be happier with the experience! The technician ( Serge) arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the repair process clearly. He worked efficiently and had my fridge up and running in no time. Their professionalism and expertise truly stood out. I highly recommend Expert Appliance Services for any appliance issues—they exceeded my expectations!

The provider was on time. He determined that my dishwasher was leaking. When he pulled the dishwasher out he badly scratched the hardwood floors and put dents in the hardwood floors. When he took the dishwasher out, he did not lay anything down on the floor to protect the hardwood floors from. He attempted to fix the leak and then put the dishwasher back into place again scratching the hardwood floors. The next day, I ran the dishwasher and it still leaked. So not only are my hardwood floors messed up but the dishwasher was also not fixed.

I called Expert Appliance Service in Indian Trail, NC on a saturday about a leaking 15 yr old washing machine. They came right out and did not charge a and quot;saturdayand quot; fee. They have a $49.00 service call that is deducted from the repair bill if you choose to have the machine repaired. A small hose had broken and that was the cause of the leak. Due to the age of the machine and the type of hose, it was one he needed to order. Sergey offered to temporaily patch my machine so I could continue to use it until he had the part. This was excellent customer service and what I consider above and beyond. I care for my elderly mother and a washing machine is vital.While he was there I asked him to repair the clorox dispenser (which hadn't worked in years), and to fix the barely moving agitator. He was happy to take a look and replaced everything when he came back to fix the broken hose. So for around $200 I have an excellent washing machine. This is a super professional company and I would recommend them to everyone!
