They replaced the leather on the driver seat in my car to perfection. It was well done, reasonable and quick. Now the rest of my car looks shabby!

He also does vinyl and carpet as well. He is efficient, responsive, and his quality of work is great. His price is reasonable as well.

Our Ottoman was ripped by a small child playing with a puncturing tool. As the holes got bigger we needed to get it fixed before it got out of hand. I called Efird services based on recommendations from Angie's list and was not disappointed. Mark called me back the same day. The repair was done a few days later. Mark was professional and fixed the problem in an hour. He was also flexible with appointments to accommodate our schedule. I would recommend Mark @ Efird Services to anyone needing repair with leather furniture.

Terrific experience. Mark was extremely professional. He arrived on time, and took all six chairs with him. The chair bottoms could not be detached from the chair so Mark needed to place the leather around the chair without being able to lift the bottom up. The chairs also required a leather strip on the bottoms that had brass furniture tacks all around. Turn around time was ten days. The chairs look amazing. The brown leather he chose was a perfect dark brown. He was able to reuse the leather trim from the original upholstery - which was a shade lighter. We both agreed this enhanced the chairs' overall look! During the reupholstering, he discovered the chairs were larger than his initial estimate, and he needed to purchase a second cow hide. He was very upfront about this and offered to sell me the remaining unused portion of the second hide at cost. I jumped at the chance to do this. If anything happens to my chairs in the future (dogs, scissors, kids!), I will have matching leather to reupholster at least two chairs without having to reupholster all of them again. Upon inspection of the finished chairs, I found a small protuberance in the front section of one of the chairs. Mark said that was not acceptable and offered to adjust his client schedule to fix it immediately, but I declined. He will come back next week to fix it. As I have a flexible schedule, this worked best for me. During his initial visit, I asked him about repair of a fraying edge of a living room chair. He looked at it and told me he would not recommend reupholstering it as he thought it could easily be repaired. Then he took out his scissors and glue and repaired it for me on the spot and without charge. I was extremely impressed! Mark is a professional who did a terrific job at a fraction of the price it would have cost me to replace my 6 dining room chairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for repair and/or reupholstery of their furniture. I plan to call him again in the future if needed.

He repaired 4 places where the leather was ripped, charged me $150.00 . the repair looks great, we are very pleased.

Furniture was about 35 years old and now looks as good as new - ready for another 35 years ! Was exactly on time, worked solidly for 2+ hours and was finished in one morning.

I had some leathers that I tried to clean with leather cleaner but it didn't work. When I did that, it took the color out of the leather. He did a great job restoring it so that it was green again! I would certainly recommend them for any type leather repair! It's a mobile service so they came to home and did the work.

Our dog chewed part of the seat cushion on our leather chair, removing a part of the leather on the top, side and back. Efird Services did a great job matching the leather and repairing the cushion, in addition to replacing the stuffing in the cushion. The cushion has piping all around the edges which the company matched perfectly. Considering the amount of labor involved and the effort to match the existing leather, the job was exceptionally well priced.

I spent about $125 for their services. I used them because I saw them on Angie’s List. They do an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work. Everything about them was excellent. I would use their services in the future too.

We had our leather sofa, loveseat and chair for a few years. Sitting and sliding back onto the couch cushions was causing the color of the leather to fade. Also, a few white colored marks were appearing on the back cushions due to our heads rubbing against it. Mark Efird came and cleaned all areas and then restained the cushions to the exact color of the couch. It looks as good as new. He was prompt , clean and courteous. He called and let me know when he was heading over to my house for the appoinment. I would definitely use him again.

I would use them again. The color was matched perfectly. There was just a texture problem, but I think it was just unavoidable given the kind of tear I had. I would recommend them for leather repair needs and upholstery repair. He came the day after I called him. He showed up when he said he would. He finished the work quickly. He cleaned up after himself. I would use their services again in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, professional. Repair only took about 30 minutes or less. I couldn't even find the spot on the seat when they were finished. You would never even know it was there unless you were really looking for it. It was so convenient that they came to my car to do the repair. Great job!

It went great. He reattached the buttons that were loose and cleaned the sofa. It looks like new again.

It went great! He worked quickly, professionally and with confidence that he could fix our problem. My husband got his name from the phone book and it was a leap of faith to let anyone unknown work on the chair. A guy from Stanley Steamer said he doubted the stains would come out - glad we didn't listen to him! We also bought his leather cleaner and reconditioner for use on other leather furniture.

Mark Efird returned my call promptly and scheduled me in less than a week. He did not charge for travel time even though he works from Weddington and I'm located in Davidson and gave me a courtesy call just before he arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time. He examined my leather sofa and thoroughly explained in detail how he was going to repair it. The process took just over an hour and the sofa looked like new again. Even with a bright light shining on the sofa it is impossible to see where the repair was done. The repair and the color match is PERFECT. His work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use Efird's services again should the need arise and will highly recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Mark arrived on time, cleaned carpet, and then repaired the cigarette burns. He then worked on the stain on the carpet ( green food coloring ). Most of the stain came out, however, he is coming back at a later date to complete. Very professional, knows exactly what he is doing! Would recommend Efird Services to anyone who needs carpet cleaned and/or minor repair. He also fixed my son's convertible top, it had two small tears, back in the summer or late fall. Now we don't have to worry about the holes getting larger! Outstanding company and person!!

Calls from Efrid were returned in a timely manner. The time and cost estimates were accurate. My material had a pattern that needed to be straight. Upon return of my chair, it could have been an initial factory job that good. I would definitely recommend or reuse this company. They do charge $50.00 for pickup and delivery.

I have an English Bulldog who enjoys my leather chair and ottoman. The dog chewed the corner off at the seam, and mark repaired it. By the end you couldn't even tell that my dog had gotten a hold of it. Additionally, I have a cat that scratched the leather seat, and he repaired all the scratches. He was very prompt, I called him and he responded the same day. We set up an appointment the next week, and he was excellent. He does make house calls, so you can have it done in the comfort of your own home.
