Description of Work: I had a tear in my couch that my dog at created.

Description of Work: They cleaned and repaired a leather chair. It went excellent. I had another company do it at one point and they totally messed it up. I then hired this company and Mark came and completely restored my chair and made it look brand new. I had a very difficult leather to clean and color match and he was able to do it perfectly. He was very professional.

Description of Work: Mark repaired an area on my leather sectional...it looks amazing. This is the second time I've used his services...first time was July 2014. I would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: We had dripped some wood stain on our upholstered window bench seats. We were not able to clean them because the stain was permanent; Mark helped my wife find some coordinating fabric that went very well with the associated bar chairs. He suggested where my wife could find the material and review other fabrics; came back the next day to recover the four benches right in our home. It took about two hours or so and all looked great. This was the second time I had used Efird Services; the first was to repair and replace a leather cushion and arm on a love seat. At this time, Mark also repaired a hole in my leather car seat. All the work was done very professionally, on time, on estimate, and to my complete satisfaction. Would I recommend his services or use him again? I just called him for another leather problem; with four dogs, there always seems to be some upholstery problem!! Seriously, I think Mark is "top shelf".

Description of Work: The back of our vinyl sofa was ripped when I caught it with the corner of a piece of luggage and, unrelated to this incident, the center armrest and bottom skirt was torn, and the back had a small tear thanks to our puppy. I called Mark to look and give me an estimate. I luckily had a piece of the fabric that Mark was able to use and the next week he returned with an armrest and skirt that he had made. He sewed the two pieces on and somehow repaired the tear so that it is absolutely invisible. One would never know that the sofa had been repaired. There was also a small hole and tear in my car seat. The tear was under the seat belt cover and really could hardly be sene but he sewed it tight and repaired the hole. Wonderful work; if needed, I would certainly call on Mark again. In summary, he was punctual, responsive, very talented, and meticulous. Mark was a top shelf professional.

Description of Work: I have a leather recliner that needed to be cleaned. He was the only company I called who does this type of work. He was honest and said that it was too far gone and would need to be re upholstered.
