ECPC have helped me with installation and maintenance of my automatic cover for 3 years. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. They are quick to respond to my texts. I will start by saying that Jenn and her team at East Coast Pool Covers have been nothing but professional and attentive. Our pool build has been a 21 month process non of which was their fault. To say I was frustrated with other subs is an understatement. Jenn and her team came out initially to install tracks. Then it was a waiting game with my hardscape guy. However, she took the reigns reached out to them multiple times to answer his questions and helped mediate the final pieces so she could do the final install. They came and in one day finished the project and not only showed me how to operate the system but sent me follow up videos and instructions on how to operate the system and use the sump pump. The product itself glides smooth in the tracks and retracts smooth as well. We could not be happier with our choice to go with ECPC! Thank You Jenn and your entire team!

We have used East Coast for more than ten years. Always great service and competitive pricing. They do the work when scheduled and always with highest equality. We have used them for semi annual maintenance all the way up to a new cover install and would rate them 5 out of 5 for each time. Highly recommended and we wouldnâ t use anyone else!
