Description of Work: Had appointment for 9:00, no one showed by 9:10, so I called them. I was told the person was on their way but I had to stop for gas that they would be here soon. As of 930 no one was still here so I called again! I was told that they were trying to locate the person using GPS. I told them I would cancel my appointment at this point Because I was afraid if they were not professional enough to be punctual that they might not do a good job detailing my car. I was very surprised when no one apologized or no born from management called me.
