Description of Work: The provider showed up on time and went straight to work on a florescent light fixture. Unfortunately, he had a tough time diagnosing the fact that the fixture was the problem until he'd burned out two balast before figuring out that the fixture was bad. They bought a new fixture and did not charge for the time or burned balast.

Description of Work: Nice gentleman. Conscious of time under the coupon purchased. Didn't have wire on truck for garage door opener (wanted to move pad location). Not a big deal, I did not ask for that. Very personable, pleasant man.

Description of Work: Replaced all outdoor outlets and installed current covers (clear plastic). Also replaced box in garage that serves as a circuit breaker. Work was excellent, staff went out of their way to explain every step. Price was slightly higher than my general contractor even with the $99 coupon. Very happy with company's work. Everything is now working fine

Description of Work: Not well, I called the provider to make an appointment and was advised of an additional $75 charge, which was not called out in the original advertisement. I was told that this was for gas and travel. I was also told that Angie's List did not make it possible for the supplier to charge this fee (strange, I would have advertised for $175, and oh, BTW, I got the same deal from Roby who only charged me $99), and then was additionally told that because Angie's List takes a 1/3 and the vendor gets 2/3 they couldn't break even. Frankly this wasn't my issue, and I should never have been dragged into the problem between Angie's List and the vendor as to charges and fees. Caveat emptor.
