Description of Work: I was called back, after leaving 2 messages, an at the time we were planning on leaving for vacation ( this was in May) so he told me to call him back when I returned from vacation and we could schedule an appointment. I've called back twice since our return and have not received a call back for an appointment, it is now September. It would appear that he has over extended himself by offering special deals on Angie's list.

Description of Work: They put up a fan, replaced a switch, and found a problem with a fan.

Description of Work: Re[placed fan and fixed a bad socket. It went fine.

Description of Work: Had to wait a couple of weeks to have work performed. However, we they did come out, the gentleman was very polite and professional. He was in an out within 30 mins and did a great job. |Have recommended them to neighbors.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for $200 of electrical services. They were putting electrical in a fireplace that was no longer used so that we could hook up a television above it. He quoted the price at $300 over the phone before knowing I had purchased the Big Deal. By the time it was done, they charged double the cost and I paid more than $400 in additional costs. They did not have the right drill bit for the job. He went to Home Depot, purchased the drill bit, charged me for it and took it with him. He did not provide me with an itemized bill at the time and had I known that he charged for the drill bit, I would have not let him take it with him when he left. When they completed the work, they made a mess and did not cover up anything. There was dust from the fireplace on everything including the furniture. It was so bad that I could hardly breathe in my house after they left. I would never use this company again for any work.

Description of Work: I had an outlet go out in my kitchen in a spot that had previously had problems. Chris came out, pulled the outlet and found a faulty gfci...he also found the prior electrician had put in a used 10 plus year old gfci (we had same outlet looked at 2-3 years ago). Chris also checked the grounding in the house, our other gfci outlets in the house, and our fuse box....great job.
