Description of Work: The repair was to fix my doorbell. The representative did that in about 10 minutes.He advised I really spent to much and ask if they could do other minor fixes. Like a ceiling fan, very minor. I called back the following week to advise the doorbell was not working again and when they come back will they stick to the offer to install 2 ceiling fans. To date I have not heard back.

Description of Work: We needed to up the amperage on a circuit breaker for my kids rooms. They were on time and very professional and personable. Definitely will hire again for any future electrical work.

Description of Work: We asked Divine Electric troubleshoot some minor electrical issues in our home. The tech found that two GFCI receptacles were bad and replaced with new GFCIs. Also found that the vent fan in the master bathroom was bad. Issues were corrected and we are very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal from this company $50 for $100 worth of electrical services. We had a light that was blinking off and on in the closet. He essentially took it apart and then re-assembled it correctly.

Description of Work: A tenant complained about 2 kitchen lights and a wall outlet not working. They went out, looked at the lights, told the tenant that the lightbulbs needed to be replaced and the wall outlet needed to be replaced and LEFT!!!! They charged me for a second trip to replace the wall outlet. WHen I contacted them after the first visit, the person I spoke with told me 2 different stories a bout what had happened -- and the stories contradicted each other. Also, they did not call ME as asked when there was a question. Additionally, they identified themselves and invoiced me as Divine Electric, not the company that was advertised. Are they using multiple listings to get business? AND first availability was more than a week from when I made contact . . . AND they waited more than 2 days to return a call. Need I say more?

Description of Work: I needed a chandelier hung in my kitchen area, the service guy tried to change appointment twice, I had taken off from work, when the electrician did show he was very rude, I didn't have a part (bracket) that was needed so he told me I would have to go get the bracket, pay another $150.00 to come back to do the job. I was shocked that anelectrician doesn't carry brackets and other small parts in their trucks like plumbers, cable companies etc do. When I went to get bracket from Lowes, they were just as shocked when I told them the story. I am very disappointed. Lowes did provide me with the name of an electrician that could help me.
