Technician arrived a little late (delayed in traffic from previous job). The was very polite, professional and after identifying what the need was, he got right to work. He assessed was needed to be done to resolve my problem, advised what parts he would need to pick up, and get right to work. Job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, and the Tech left the area clean and free of debris. The service appointment went very well. I would gladly use this company again in the future for my electrical needs.

Purchased a Big deal for Divine Electric Company LLC. I had them install a new multiple light switch. I also had them check electrical issue with a building on the property. He gave me a quote for the repair to be done. He was very straight forward, knew what he was doing.

Wonderful, Ambro's Came when he said he would and went straight to work....I would call Divine electric back.

Experience with Divine Electric was fantastic. Stellar service, attention & I was just thrilled with the results. I had purchased a $99 coupon for up to 2 hours of labor. I was able to schedule the appointment when convenient for me. They called when en route to my house, and arrived right on time. When the first electrical task of identifying the issue in the kitchen & then changing the GFI took less time than expected, he was eager to see what other electrical tasks he could assist on. That led to the security panel, then changing out my light fixture and checking the wiring on my ceiling fan that I had installed - but was having issues with the remote. He checked the wiring & made adjustments -- it works like a dream. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat. So excited to have a contact for a reputable & experienced electrician!

It went well. He was running a little later than the scheduled appointment but he did call to let me know he was stuck in traffic. He arrived and began his work. He asked me how low or high I wanted the two inside lights to be. Everything looks good and works. He picked up all the trash, empty boxes and plastic wrap when he was done. I am pleased with the outcome.

I purchased the Big Deal- advertised as two hours of electrical work for $99. The work was scheduled and completed but I wasn't happy with a couple of things. As soon as Jesse (owner of Divine Electric) knew of my concerns, he immediately contacted me and offered to promptly address my concerns, which he did. It's clear to me that Divine Electric is concerned about customer satisfaction and wants to make sure their work meets customer expectations. I was very impressed with Divine Electric's responsiveness when they were alerted to my concerns, and they went above and beyond to fix the issues.

bought big deal on Angie's list. called 3-4 times and finally after 2 days got in touch. did discuss pricing and scope. understood clearly. electrician arrived in time as scheduled. Technician did understood problem. but i do not think he has right tools or right knowledge to troubleshoot. after 2 hours finally he told me there might be (90%) sure the problem was in junction box which is out of reach. he advised me that he needs to cut drywall and job would take additional 1- 1/2 hour. at that point i decided to go with my old contractor. it took additional 35 minutes for clean up and charged 95 dollars for additional hour.

I had a light fixture go out on me late Thursday Night, and after trying all the things I knew to try (breakers, replacing light bulbs, etc.), I left Jessie at Divine Electric a Message late Thursday Night. He returned my call early Friday AM. He gave me a list of things to try myself and scheduled someone to come out at 7 AM (I was surprised he offered to have someone come out that early, but was impressed) on Monday AM in case none of those things worked. I could immediately tell that he was knowledgeable and had the utmost respect for potential customers, so I was comfortable with the idea of using Divine. After none of his suggestions worked, I returned his call and told him I would indeed need someone to come out Monday AM. On Monday AM, I received a call from the technician at 6:50, saying he would be late - around 7:30 or 7:45. I'm not always the most punctual person, particularly on Mondays, so this didn't bother me too much, as it gave me a little more time to get ready, and that way I could just leave for work as soon as the technician was done. Around 7:50, I got another call saying he was still en route. He finally showed up about 8:15. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly (it was, as I had thought it might be, a problem with the light switch, which he replaced) and he left by 8:45. I thought the price was a little steep for what was done, and while I can't fault anyone for being a little late on a Monday, I would have preferred that he arrived closer to the scheduled time so I could have avoided being late to work. I'm not sure if they are the best price option in town (though I know from experience that you generally have to pay more for quality service), so for a larger job I would likely get multiple quotes. Still, I would consider using Divine again the next time, as I believe the lateness was probably a one-time thing, and I can tell they are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do.

Not only did Aubrey show me what should have been done with my switches and receptacles, Jesse, the owner, kindly answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few) including sending me attachments giving me more information. He also encouraged me to have the original electrician pull a permit so the corrected pigtailing would be inspected. This episode made me realized just how dependent I am as a homeowner on the honesty of tradesmen---especially when it comes to safety. Jesse and Aubrey provided me with enough information to recognize that the work was done correctly when it was redone by the other electrician. I have now found new electricians with Divine Electric Company that I trust to do the work correctly and honestly and highly recommend Jesse and Aubrey for their work, honesty and concern.

I called them the same day that I bought the deal from Angie's list. They asked when I needed them - I told them - the sooner, the better. They were at my house 2 hours later. I had called other electricians to get a quote before buying to deal, they all quoted double and triple the price charged by Divine. The technician was friendly and helpful, even arrived early (called first). He was very quick taking down my old chandelier and putting up the new one. In fact, he was done so quickly that he offered to install a new switch for it. And he did. I would absolutely call and use them again.

I bought the $99 deal for 2-hours of electrical work and made my appointment that day. My appointment had to be moved from the morning to the afternoon because of a truck issues, not a big deal and Jesse did a good job of communicating with me. The work took 2-hours, however, I was asked to pay $45 because the 2-hours of labor included "drive-time". I was not very happy with that charge because I was not told prior to our appointment about "fine print". I paid the money because the tech was very nice and did a good job. My only issue was that the Angie's list deal did not mention "drive time" or was I told by Jesse until after the fact. I was offered $50 off an attic fan replacement and will consider that work but will receive additional quotes from other companies.

The job was fine. It was about 2 days worth of work. It was fairly minor. The guy they sent was a real nice fellow. I worked beside him because I was working on the cabinetry. He did what he was supposed to and cleaned up and left.

They were very unprofessional and over charged. They charged me $100 for parts and those 3 little parts is no way what they got cost that much. They charged for travel time even though it wasn’t mentioned in the deal or the phone conversation beforehand.

This section is a bit redundent. I purchased a 50% off coupon for up to two hours of labor. The above service was performed within the two hours. I paid an additional $75.00 for electrical parts. I am very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Divine Electric Company LLC!

I called Jesse on a Friday and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and he gave me a great estimate for some new under cabinet lighting. On Saturday Aubrey cam out and installed the new lights neatly, quickly and professionally. Both him and Jesse are very friendly and honest. The service was second to none I highly recommend them!

I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of service from Divine Electric Company, and immediately called for an appointment. Before the appointment was made, Jesse, the owner, made sure that I understood the limits of the Deal. For instance, any work performed after the two-hour time purchased would be billed at their standard rate of $95 per hour, and any materials that they provide would be an additional charge. Also, a trip charge is normally added, but not for the Big Deal. One thing he did not clarify--but, Aubrey, the electrician who did the work did, is that the travel time from his previous job IS INCLUDED in the two hours that I paid for. So, effectively, you don't get a full two hours of labor. I made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was not feeling well, so I called very early to see if we could reschedule. Jesse was extremely nice, and rescheduled me for a couple hours later. Aubrey, the electrician who was to do the work, called about 20 minutes out, and was prepared to get to work when he got here. I had fans for three bathrooms, and we discussed which could be done within the Big Deal time and decided on replacement of an existing fan in a half bath. Aubrey did the job with a minimum of mess, which he was going to clean up, but I said I would do it. He and my husband later discovered that the grille on the fan moved just a bit due to vibration when the fan is turned on, so Aubrey made some adjustments, and now all is fine. We still had about 45 minutes left on the purchased time, so we asked Aubrey to replace two burned out floodlights in a fixture that is VERY high on our 2-story house. I made a hurried trip to Home Depot for new floodlights while he got his ladder from the truck. (This is also the time period in which he made the grille adjustment on the fan.) Now my half bath is well-ventilated, and my back yard has better lighting. I am very pleased with the work that was done, as well as the friendly, professional behavior of the owner and the electrician who performed the work. Can't ask for more than that!

I purchased a Big Deal from this company $99 for $200 of service. After the technician arrived, I was told the it covers two hours of work and the time starts when he starts driving, which was 15 minutes before he gets here, which was not what I understand from beginning. It took the technician one hour and half to find the right place to put the cable and electrical outlet. And then he needs to run to Home Depot to get his parts, which he said he will not charge me for the trip. Before he leaves, my Internet service was interrupted for 45 minutes. I was working from home and asked him to restore the Internet service. He said he didn't do anything to the line and he will be back to fix the connection. The owner called me while the technician was out and explained to me some price confusion that I had earlier. When I mentioned to him about the Internet interruption, he become very defensive to cover himself up without even trying to listen to what I said. He even cornered twice whether I wanted to continue the service or not. I had to quit this service because of his bad attitude. I asked for a refund and he said there is nothing to do with him and I need go directly to Angie's list, which I did later. The technicians did return to fix my Internet interruption. It turned out there was loose connection and bad part and when he moved the wires it got disconnected. The situation is bad but the owner could have done differently to make things work. In the end this company did not even do a single service to me but wasted my time. One word, do not purchase this Big Deal from Divine Electrical. It's a hassle and waste your time.

They were very nice, and very punctual. If I ever need electrical work again, I'll give them a call!

Excellent - did it quickly and for the right price.

My panel box was outdated and I wasn't sure where to begin. I called Divine Electric Co. and spoke with Jesse. He was very patient and honest. Once I had a better understanding of what I needed I hired them to do the work. Aubrey installed a new 200 amp panel. Aubrey took the time to clean up when he was done and I appreciated that. My new panel is much safer and it looks great. Overall I feel that Divine Electric Co. was easy to work with and affordable.

I would use them again; I have 1-2 jobs coming up.

I called them up and set up a time and date. They came right on time and got everything done fast and sufficient. They were great and very professional.

Outstanding service!! I called Jesse after hours and he described to me in great detail the options I had available to me, recommended a good quality fan, and was very knowledgeable and professional. His price was comparable to 2 other estimates I had gotten that day.I then received an email from him offering a discount. The fan was replaced the next morning barley 14 hours after my phone call. Jesse then followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. All of my communication with Divine Electric was responded to immediately. The job was done swiftly and professionally. Divine Electric know how to treat a customer. I without hesitation recommend them for all of your electrical needs.

The price was average. He did a really good job. He showed up when he said he was going to.

They arrived promptly at 8AM as scheduled by Jesse. They got started on the under cabinet lights first and did a perfect job, my kitchen is twice as appealing. They moved on installed the light fixtures quickly and than repaired the outlet circuit in no time.
