Everyone with whom I spoke to on the phone and in person was a pleasure to work with. I have no issues at this time with the work that was done. What was there was an embarrassment to my neighborhood but now I am looking pretty good. That being said this work was completed in very cold weather and I have to wait for spring to see how it does. They were very good at answering all of my questions before during and after. I will definitely use them again.

We would highly recommend Decorative Creations. Our initial contact over the phone and email was with Janet, who we found to be very prompt and professional. Dan, the owner, met with us and suggested hardscape colors and plant materials. He was easy to talk to and came up with a design we really liked. The crews showed up on time ,and the work was done daily until the job was complete. The finished product is excellent, and came out better than we expected. Decorative Creations exceeded are expectations and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t say enough about Decorative Creations, their work, the owners and staff. They have done projects at our house FOUR times in the last eight years. We recently had them remove about 30 shrubs and trees planted by the previous owner and replaced with new shrubs, trees and sod. Dan has always given us good advice, suggestions and a fair estimate. Janet has been responsive, helpful and is so pleasant. They have always provided beautiful, fresh plantings and their crew works very hard and does a great job. They are like family to us. We would not hesitate to call them again and we highly recommend them.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job! Our landscape was quite a challenge with a very tall crawlspace, but the plants, trees, and shrubs that were picked out worked perfectly. Dan even went ahead and installed some Rye grass to get us through the winter. It is/was a very busy season and Janet kept us up to date on the schedule and was pleasant, every single time I spoke with her. I would highly recommend Dan, Janet, and the crew to anyone! Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Dan even installed some overflow drainage and did not charge us. Very impressed!

Decorative Creations conducts business in the 'old fashioned' way. People pick up the phone when you call. They arrive punctually to give you an estimate. They arrive on the exact date and time that was scheduled months out. The work was done in one day and all of the areas were cleaned up when the job was completed. All questions were answered thoroughly and things were explained. Kelly was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end and we look forward to working with him again on stage #2 of our project.

We would absolutely work with this team again. The craftsmanship of the stone work / masonry is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The crew was punctual, clean, and very concerned with the detail and design of their work. The quality of topsoil and mulch is also stellar. We had planned to complete this job in the spring but had to postpone. It was very easy to reschedule and well worth the wait. Kudos to Janet for such warm and timely communication. The entire process was wonderfully seamless.

I was pleased with the quality of the plants, the completion of the work in one day and the professionalism of the workers. Several months later, some of the plants did not survive. Kelly was gracious in agreeing to replace them and promptly did so. Extremely pleased with this project and working with Decorative Creations.

From start to finish Dan and his team were amazing. They worked around our schedule, did exactly what they promised and more. They were courteous and professional and their work was top notch.

Went very well. Professional, punctual, great communication, and nice attention to detail. They installed and edged 7 mulch beds for us (front yard with stone edging, back with metal at our request) added 16 new bushes in those beds. They also added six large stone steps and river rock drainage path for our French drain. They edged and cleaned up an overgrown area on the back of our property. Decorative creations was easier to work with and we are very pleased with the results.

They have totally transformed my back yard - couldn't be happier! This was a large two-phase project that included multiple retaining walls, hardscape( paver patio and steps), and drainage solutions. I went through several consultations, Kelly 's proposal was the most sensible (in term s of cost)and closest to my vision. Well, the end product was even better than I envisioned! I was so happy with the phase I that I asked them back for a phase II. They were up front and told me that they were back logged and I had to wait for several months before the project could start. I didn't mind the waiting at all - if anything it gave me confidence that they were in solid demand. Once the project started, everyone from Kelly, the crew to Janet and Beverly (the office ladies) was extremely professional, friendly and prompt. Kelly listened to every little details that I proposed and did not mind changing the work scope if needed. They worked diligently until my project was finished before moving on to the next one. A rare to find work ethic in this time and day. I will not hesitate to ask them back if I have any future landscape projects.

The crew that did our landscaping was on time, courteous and they did an awesome job in all respects. They cleaned up all debris and made our yard so pretty! My husband and I were planning our next project before the trucks were out of site!

Kelly was fantastic! He came out and listened to what I wanted, drew out a plan and did the work when he said he would. I communicated a lot with the office manager who was very responsive and very thorough. I really appreciated that which is hard to get sometimes. I made several changes and asked a lot of questions. They were accommodating and explained why a plant I chose wouldn't work in the area. The plan was hand drawn which was fine with me. I'm more interested in the final product which looks great. I would definitely hire them again.

Dan and his crew worked on three projects for us in 2017 and have worked on 3 or 4 other projects for us in the past. Dan is top notch. He does high quality work at a reasonable price and his crews are very professional and respectful with your property. Having done at least 20 different sizable house projects with contractors over the last decade, I would put Dan at the top of the list. He gets it done right, on time, with no fuss and always seems to find a way to do a little extra.
