David was extremely polite and he saved me time and money. I will call him the next time I need electrical work done around the house.

Gary was on time, worked steadily and safely under the house and in the house, quality of the work is excellent.

We called to have a ceiling fan replaced, light fixture replaced and 4 bathroom exhaust fans replaced. When I made the appointment I was told we would have to buy the replacement exhaust fans, but not anything about how to select them. They gave me the names of a few places to get them, but these places said did not carry exhaust fans. So we selected some elsewhere. The electrician they dispatched replaced the ceiling fan and light fixture just fine. However, it turns out (because we didn't know any better) that we had bought fans better suited for "new construction" situations. The electrician tried for several hours, but couldn't put the new fan in and wrecked the old fan taking it out. So I sent him away. I fault the person that answered the phone for giving us bad advice, not the actual electrician. But we now have an empty hole in one bath, and the original noisy fans in the others still.

Gary and Nate installed the recessed lighting in our kitchen. They did a great job. They were very meticulous with their measurements and placement of the lights. They were a little late, but only because of bad directions and Gary called to let me know his situation. After installing the lights, Gary and Nate cleaned up, wiped down everything, and took out all of their trash. I thought that the price was high for the lighting, but it was worth the good job that they did and installing the lights 4 days after my initial phone inquiry.

Within two hours of my initial call, the wire had been tested, traced to a box under the house and taken care of. The electrician even offered to vacuum up a few specks of debris that was fell onto the floor inside our foyer. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and will call them again for any future needs.

They were on time, did a good job, and were neat and tidy.

David Long sent out an electrician the day I called. Once an appointment was scheduled the contractor came out early, was neat and left an invoice. Good experience, would use again.

He justified this by telling me that it took him an hour to drive to the site. I think this is an unfair charge, and when I start a job, the clock starts when I arrive-- not when I leave my home. He called me back to reschedule, and I told him I would not do business with him.

They really deserve recognition. Everything is great.

Wow, finally a contractor that does what they said they will do. They were on time for both the estimate and installation. We found them to be efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. We considered the pricing reasonable for the type of work they completed. GREAT JOB!!

Electrician was on time, very polite and extremely professional. He explained the different settings and answered some other questions that I had about an electrical problem. I would call them again for future work. I also used the discount Angie coupon.

Came within 3 hours of call. Checked things out and found the problems. Will definitely call again.

NATE DID A GREAT JOB. THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

THE WORKER WAS ON TIME AND WORKED HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE. PRICE WAS BASED ON $77/HOUR. THE CONFIGURATION OF OUR ATTIC CAUSED IT TO TAKE A BIT LONGER TO GET THE WIRING DONE. THE LIGHTS WORK WELL, AND THE PRICING SEEMED REASONABLE.

WORK WAS WELL DONE, AND IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THE JOB WAS MORE COMPLEX THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT SINCE MANY OF THE CONNECTORS DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE NEW CODES. ALL OUTLETS WERE UPGRADED TO MEET NEW STANDARDS AND THE TECHNICIAN, NATE, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, POLITE, AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY BEFOREHAND. I HAVE MORE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

GARY WAS GREAT. CALLED 30 MIN BEFORE TO LET US KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY. DID EXCELLENT WORK, CLEANED UP WELL, TOOK MY 10% ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. I DEFINITELY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID LONG ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS.

BOTH REPRESENTATIVES WERE MOST PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN OFFERING INEXPENSIVE SOLUTIONS, PARTICULARLY TO THE DECK MODIFICATIONS WE HAD TO MAKE. GARY WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE AND THOROUGH WITH THE JOB. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR ELECTRICAL WORK.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND DID THE JOB JUST AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULD USE AGAIN IF NEEDED.

NATE WAS THOROUGH AND UNHURRIED. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND WORKED CONSISTENTLY--SIX HOURS--FROM THE TIME HE ARRIVED. THIS JOB ENTAILED INSTALLING AN ENTIRELY NEW ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO OUR HOUSE. I NEVER FELT I HAD TO OVERSEE WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE EXPLAINED CLEARLY HOW THE NEW SYSTEM OPERATED BEFORE HE LEFT. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED.

DAVID WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE. THAT'S A BONUS! HE SENT ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES, GARY. GARY WAS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND EVEN TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE BENEFIT OF REPLACING EACH LIGHT SWITCH OUT OVER TIME. I ALSO ASKED ABOUT SWITCHING A EUROPEAN CHINA HUTCH LIGHTING SYSTEM TO AMERICAN. HE'S GETTING BACK TO ME ON THAT.

THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, IN PART BECAUSE I DIDN'T COME AWAY FROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE DISCUSSION UNDERSTANDING EXACTLY WHAT WOULD NEED TO BE DONE. OVERALL, HOWEVER, THEY DID GOOD WORK AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, PROMPT, COURTEOUS, DILIGENT, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE AND CONCISE MANNER, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DIDN'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG. I'VE GOT THEM PROGRAMMED IN THE BLACKBERRY AND WILL CALL AGAIN, SHOULD THE NEED ARISE!
