Daivid was on time, wasted no time getting to his task, assessed the adequacy of the existing electrical system, and installed the microwave oven. He was polite and fully answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing. He thoroughly cleaned up the debris from the job.

It went well. I had to make two trips to Lowe's to get light bulbs and a new light fixture for under the cabinet. I was pleased that they cleaned the cobwebs off of the vaulted flood lights--these lights are set on either side of a skylight, and it is a very tall climb on a ladder. The lights were a bit crooked when they finished, but I asked them to come back in and straighten them, and they willingly did so. I was happy with the job overall.

David was very good. He had excellent customer service and he was very accommodating to me. He came out right on time for the service. I was very pleased with the service that he was able to provide.

They've done a lot of work for us, and they are very good. Very professional, they get to work and they get it done. We were actually going on vacation, and they came out to us two days in a row because they knew that it was important to us to get the security light put in before we left.

I could not rate this company any higher. They were about as good as you could possibly get.

It was very important to me that the company not use subcontractors. The person they sent, had been an electrician for a long time, and they had just hired him in the past few months. The serviceman was very knowlegeable and professional and I was impressed.

The three man crew arrived promptly, a bit after 8:00 AM and went right to work. They worked in a very professional manner. It took them most of the day. They finished about mid afternoon after cleaning up the job site. David and I walked through the finished work to be sure that I was satisfied with it.

Service was prompt, work was done quickly and well and cost the same as the estimate I was given.

They came at 8:00 and left at 9:00, with job well done.

There are no further complaints from the tenant.

The work was actually scheduled for the next day, but I received a call that they could come early. That was convenient for me. The electrician showed up on time and completed all the tasks in a timely manner.

This is how a company should provide service. Great. From my first initial call they were able to provide me a quote over the phone within the hour and schedule the appointment. The crew (2 for this job) arrived on time and were very professional and ensured I was happy with placement before they started. They did an awesome job and the site was spotless when they were done.

Fantastic!!! Called Mr Long Friday afternoon stopped by about 5 PM and gave us an estimate/explained while using the over the stove microwave lights would dimin another room --also wanted 2 outdoor outlets since none installed. Said he would stop late afternoon Saturday and get the job started--called us at 1 PM-- arrived in 10-15 minutes with a helper and got the job done in 1 hr 30 minutes/also*****reattached 220 line for the stove /no additional charge

I called to get a quote and set up an appointment on a Friday afternoon and was able to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. The guys arrived about 10 minutes early, were friendly and professional, did the job quickly, and cleaned up completely when they were done. Their hourly rate was about the same or a little higher than a couple of other places I called. I would definitely use them again.

He did good quality work, but the price was higher than expected. He had two contractors and the first did not do good. The second called and said the work needed to be redone, and he authorized it right then. I was happy that it was fixed so fast.

They were very reasonable and i thought they did a great job. HE had tio run all of the wires for the outside fan and was very efficient, it only took one day.

We have used David Long Electrical Contractors thrice. Their personnel came on time to do the job. They did the work that needed to be done and left happily. We will use them again.

A date and time was set. They arrived right on time. They looked at a couple of things and found that two large appliances were pulling too many amps on one circuit and the wires in one of the outlets had overheated and melted. They replaced the outlet. I moved the cord to an alternate plug on another circuit. They advised that the permanent solution would be to pull another circuit to put the microwave on. However, I did not have money to do that at this time.

A representiative/electrician from David Long: 1) Assessed the work to be done and the materials required. 2) Contacted us - so we know where they were in the process 3) Came back to our home to review in detail the cost and options for completing the work 4) Returned to our home at the appointed time to complete the project. We are pleased with the professionalism of the electrician and the quality of the work completed.

We spoke by phone. He was helpful with suggesting options I could try before he came out. I was then able to fix the problem on my own.

Called me ahead of time to request I buy fixtures ahead of time, if they had to be replaced, so that replacement could be accomplished in one service call rather than two. Called on the morning of service that he was running 10 minutes late because of van trouble. Worked quickly, but thoroughly, and completed work that we had requested in a very professional manner.

He came out twice. The first time he came out was on a weekend and he did not even charge. We called him the second time there was actual damage done to the electrical component of it.

Called Thurs night because power was out in half the house, cutting on and off erratically. Made appointment for Fri., noon. David called back early Fri. to discuss the problem and confirm they would be coming. Gary called Fri. around 11:15 said he was on his way. Troubleshot the problem fairly quickly, turned out to be problem from the Power Company. He waited while I called and spoke with someone, talked me through some possible issues once they got the power going again, then made sure the Power Company knew what was going on when they arrived. Very much appreciated the service. Angie's List discount given for first hour. Gary made sure to comment that the Power Company should reimburse me. Sure enough, they are. Thanks Gary and Long Electrical!

Electrician was prompt and professional. Hit a couple of snags during installation but stayed over 4 hours working everything out.

We had two ceiling fans that weren't working and we were not sure why. We also had a light outside that needed its wires capped to prevent an accident. He came out and took care of everything for us, and was really good about his time spent here. We also got a quote for some recessed lighting while he was here and will likely hire them to come out and place those in soon.
