We called David Long late Saturday and he arranged for Terrie to come to our house at 11 a.m. Sunday, at their normal hourly rate. She arrived on time and got right to work. Not only did she identify several dangerous problems, but she solved them quickly and efficiently. It was complicated by the fact the previous owner had added and combined several electrical circuits. Terrie was a delight to have in the house and was a real pro. We will definitely use her again.

I had 2 ceiling fans replaced. They sent two men out and found that the original fans were not installed correctly. The bill was for taking down 2 fans, installing the pancake boxes, and hanging the 2 new fans. This took 1 1/2 hours. The total cost came to $212.50- 10% (Angie's List discount)= $199.60 They worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. I was pleased with the work and the fans work great.

David came by my house to see what we needed done while doing work in our neighborhood. He made some recommendations & pointed new codes that are used since our house was built. I wanted the electrical work done before granite counter-top was installed. David rearranged his schedule to get us taken care of & I appreciate him working with us. David showed up on time with two workers. They came in went to work on our projects knocking them out. The crew was easy to work with and did everything we asked them to do. David sent a worker back today to make some adjustments on my security lights in the front. We were very pleased with David's work and will use him in the future.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to finish. He called before the time he was going to be at my house to let me know he was on schedule. When he arrived at my home he was very friendly and professional. He wired/test my attic fan in under an hour, set the thermostat and installed a separate switch for the fan as well. Excellent overall experience. I will definitely be using them again.

My house was built in 1959 and all of the electrical wiring is old and confusing. We have added onto the house over the years andit was becoming increasingly obvious that I needed to rewire. David came to look and the job and gave me a very detailed quote via email. He did the work in a timely manner and pointed out that one set of sconces that I had installed years ago was very dangerous. I needed to rewire the sconces which tool 4 weeks and when I called him to tell him that they were back, he returned very swiftly to install them at no extra charge. Later, when I had a minor "emegrency on a Satufday night (we were having a party and I couldn't get the back yard lights on) he returned my call and walked me through my problem, which was not his fault. He is very prompt about returning calls and did a fine job overall.

David was very informative on the phone during the initial contact. Worked with my schedule. Rate was reasonable. Sent Lee to do the installation.Excellent service. Very professional. Arrived at exactly 8AM. Installed ceiling fans with lights, vanity lights,and dimmer switches. I couldn't believe that he did it all in 6.5 hours. Installation took less time than I expected. Would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them when need arises.

It was great. David has taken care of all my electical needs - mainly installing new cieling fans. They are always on time and pleasant to work for. I will call them again.

The work was excellent, they were on time, I could not have been more happy. The electrician went out of his way to "straighten" out a 4 light switch plate that was slightly unlevel which had always bothered me. I would recommend this company with great enthusiasm!

After replacing the breaker, the AC compressor and Load Control device appeared to work correctly.

David Long was great to schedule someone for me on short notice. I called the day before and had someone at my house by 7:15 AM the next day. The worker was very professional and was quick to get the job done. He was willing to use the wire I had already purchased, which significantly helped on cost. He was in and out in 2 hours, which was very surprising. While he was working in the breaker box, he noticed a few slightly loose wires and took care of them for me. Informed me that after the new lines, my box couldn't hold anymore breakers, so I might need to replace it in the future. I've used this company before, and certainly will again should the need arise.

Excellent service, the initial electrician had some difficulty tracking down the problem, David was in the area and stopped by to help. We have used his company four times in the past and have always been satisfied with their work.

David was awesome. He went through in detail what the project would be and told me in his honest opinion that he'd just switch the dryer back to its original 3 prong cord. He was very punctual and courteous (even moved his van when the moving truck showed up). I am definitely keeping him on my "to use in the future" list.

Discovered the source of our electrical circuit shorting out. Found the damaged wiring that had not been replaced by previous electrian from another company and replaced the floodlight along with the wiring.

The electrician was punctual and very friendly. I feel confident that my wiring is safe not a fire hazard and can't wait to to use my home office! The pricing was very reasonable and I would use him again in the future.

David was a great guy. When they first came out and looked at it, we didn't quite see the same price, but then I made some changes and ended up talking to David himself. He was really good about trying to figure how he could get what I wanted done within the budget I had and what the cost would actually be for that. He was remarkable in making suggestions and he was spot on with noticing something that was really important. We had some lighting fixtures that were fire hazards. When we brought them down, every one of the light backings had blackened marks on paper. He saved us there by noticing that and pointing that out to us. He got the people in and got the work done. He really knocked things out and went above and beyond more than what I thought he would do when we set up the contract. He was great. It's really hard to say anything about the price because I didn't go to other people. However, what I watched them do and what I knew limitedly of electricians and their expertise was that they were definitely earning their money and it was really well spent. His comments about the different ways to run the outlets and make use of them to get more done for my dollars than I originally wanted were also worthwhile. We caught him in the middle of some busy work, but we did have pretty good interaction and some discussions back and forth, so he was pretty responsive. It was not a small project, but they knocked it out. They were here when they said they would be. They were good from top to bottom. I would use them in the future without a doubt. He didn't have to notice the lights. He didn't charge extra to do them. He was here and he did it. He got the job done and made sure that our place where we stayed was in good shape. He pointed out anything that might have been a problem. He answered questions that we had about several things. He was very good.

They were very good. Overall, their quality was good and they were very professional. Price was a little pricey but having a good experience is really worth it, in a way, because bad experiences cost you a lot more in the long run even if they are cheap. Depending on the job, I would use them again for complex jobs.

Put in two new lighting fixtures in kitchen and were very precise in installation. Didn't have proper wires for rewiring but rescheduled and came back out to complete job as soon as they could. Very prompt and professional.

Linda was very nice on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. They arrived quickly and were finished within 30 minutes. While one person replaced the breaker, the other replaced a broken outlet plate as a courtesy, which was appreciated. The overall experience was fine, though we were disappointed that we had to pay $129 for the labor (the part was $15). I should have asked for an estimate as I was not advised of this rate.

On a Saturday at noon, I plugged in a blow up Frosty the Snowman to see if it would work. The outlet went "boom" and every outlet in the garage was out. My tankless hotwater heater was now running on battery backup and I knew that would not last long. I went to Angies List, found David's information and put in a call to the cell phone number he listed on his answering service. He answered promptly. I told him my dilemma, he said he was on his way home but no problem he would be glad to come to the Mountain Island area to fix the problem. He arrived promptly 30 minutes after the call. He came right in, replaced the outlet, which got everything up and running. He was courteous, professional, and for a weekend call, the price was fine with me. I recommend him to everyone.

Excellent. I have used David's services before and he was prompt, accurate with his quote, on time and courteous. He and his helper showed up on time and in poor weather and ground conditions. He could have postponed but did not. He was positive and courteous even though it was a small job.

Electrician was prompt and professional. Installed the exhaust fan and a GFI outlet with minimum mess and cleaned up after himself

Things went fine. David wasn't here this time but sent someone else. They worked hard and everything went well. This is the third time I've had to replace the floodlight so hopefully this will work.

I turned on the rheostat on my bathroom light and it began to smoke. We turned off the electric power and my husband pulled the wires and capped them. I called first thing the next morning and David came out himself by 3:00 PM. He asked me the color of the unit so he could bring a replacement part with him. He replaced the unit and was done in about 15 minutes. He also advised us on an overhead light in the kitchen that needed to be replaced (to save us another service call). He was delightful and as pleasant and professional as he could be. We will definately call him again for any electrical work we need. We will also recommend him to neighbors.

Two men showed up at the agreed to time and within 1 hour were finished. They were efficient, knowlegable, and friendly.
