Cutters took very good care of our lawn, at first. We came one dayto find huge brown patches of brown grass all over our front lawn. They had over sprayed to get rid of some weeds. It looked awful and they never even acknowledged the fact that they had ruined our lawn! We were very disappointed.

They did a very good job. We have used them for almost a year now and are hightly satisfied.

So far, it has been good. They come out weekly. My experience has been great. They are easy to work with and are very prompt. If I have any questions, they get right back to me.

They are responsive. As far as customer service is concerned it is a small operation. I have the owner’s cell phone number and they have been responsive with the interactions that I have. I rate them highly.

They do an overall great job. They are easy to get a hold of when you need work to be done. They do fertilization and treatments, as well as landscaping.
