Description of Work: Originally they were supposed to do an entire system check which including 2 units outside. However my upstairs unit stopped working unexpectedly 2 days before my appointment with the vendor. The vendor diagnosed the issue and fixed a component in the A/C unit and inspected the entire system including the coolant, pressure and functionality.
