It went very well, they were quick and thorough while explaining everything they were doing. They actually even fixed a pre-existing issue that I didn't have a clue was wrong and could've caused someone's death. I was extremely pleased with their service.

I called them and was on hold for 12 mins only to be transferred when someone finally answered the phone. That doesn't bode well for future warranty and maintenance issues.

Appointment took nearly two weeks to set up. Once they got here, they said the compressor on one of my air conditioners was bad and the other needed a new capicator, as well as a new pump to pump out the water from the furnace in the basement. Got a second opinion on the compressor--yes it was bad, but the company said who ever did the maintenance on the units was a joke. The next morning after service the other air conditioning unit blew it's compressor--the NEXT day!! Went and got two new units cost nearly $13K. This small maintenance job by this unethical company didn't cost me $98, but nearly $13,000!!

Provided excellent service, very polite & honest. Explained in details whatever he was doing. A/C Units were low on refrigerant . He told that it will cost $280 for 2lbs of refrigerant. I had agreed to pay;. But actually while doing invoice , he realized it was covered under Angie's deal & did not charge me anything. Felt very comfortable.

They arrived comfortably within their appointment window; however, we had to reschedule because of the threat of rain. We rescheduled for the following Monday. Once again they arrived on time and were prompt with their service. They installed two new thermostats as well and made sure they were working properly before leaving. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone

Very responsive administrative service; they called immediately to set up an appointment and followed up the day before, as well as sent an e-mail that the technician was on his way, including his name on the day of the service. The technician, David Foster, was professional, courteous and responsive to my questions/comments. Would definitely use this vendor again, and plan to going forward
