Good, honest service. Didn't try to get us to do unneeded repairs.

It was fine. The first time they came out, they were not very nice. It was a different guy that came out this time, he was fine.

The only issue I encountered was the technician told my son that some reading was showing higher amps than normal but said it should not affect anything. There was no notation of this on the paperwork he gave me right before he left my house and told me that everything seemed to check out OK. I found out what he told my son AFTER they left. The tech & his helper were here for maybe an hour at the most and appears that mostly what was done was testing/monitoring of the indoor unit. There were other categories about the indoor unit on the work order but there were no checks next to them. They did fine, if I needed someone I would use them again. They came one time and no one was there and they had to reschedule. They are very cooperative. Purchased it, but I signed up for one of their programs for the month, every month. But, I wouldn’t have used them if it wasn’t for Angie’s List! You get what you pay for, you want somebody to do the job, they come do it and be on their merry way.

Technician came and performed the services.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was good. They came out a few days later after the purchase. They wanted me to buy a contract and everything, but I have a home warranty service provider, so I don't need to contract with them. They only checked for five minutes. They came out really late. There was a four-hour window and they called to say that they were running late.

I would like to loudly say BIG THANKS to Comfort First Heating and Cooling guys who helping me, relatively new HOME owner and NEW resident of Charlotte, be happy in my warm on the winter and cool in the summer place. My story starts in November, when technician Chris Frank came to service heating system. Very professional, called 30 min before arrival, checked everything, clean-up, made some useful suggestions and offers installation of UV Light inside the System to prevent allergies and other unhealthy stuff coming from Air ducts + recommend to signed up for the maintenance contract where they come out annually and do the tune-up on my units. In March, after Daniel called to schedule appointment (as part of maintenance contract), another technician, Raverton, came to install the Light and do regular AC check-up and service. And, as he’s working on my System, Control Board failed...Arrrgh...But....Lucky me, Raverton has many years of experience and it helped him to find and provide ‘temporary’ solution, so we will be OK till replacement Control Board will be installed. He called office and make initial request for replacement part and gave me an estimate price. Honestly, I don’t like the price...So I requested to talk to Part Manager. Wes call me next morning (because initial conversation were around 6 PM), explain Price in details, and, after some negotiation deal were made ;-)...Couple days later heat wave comes, and Comfort First Heating and Cooling gave me much needed buzz and inform they can come next day to do Control Board replacement. Good!!! So, next day Raverton came back with new part and installed it (should I mention it were over 90 degrees heat in the attic), and checked ALL system functions to be properly sets and works. In this day and age to find a company who is all about the customer is, to coin a much used phrase, a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling more highly! Try it! You'll be glad you did!!

very good. I had only paid for one but since I had 2 systems they inspected both and charged me the discounted rate for the second system too.

The gentleman who came was very good. He mentioned several things that others had missed and corrected their mistakes. I trusted this man's service.

Was ok, but a bit cavalier about everything.

Contractor was punctual, checked both heating systems. Very personable. But he has mentioned that our main floor heating furnace(which is in crawl space) is not working right. He had given us quote for $1000 ($600 for part + labor $400). Since it's winter time we were about agree but thought we will check out for this big purchase. Online on amazon same part was available for $400. We had called them several times to see if we can buy part & get installed thru them. But there was no response. Also he had not checked the air filters (this is normally every tune up time they do). When I realized I have changed the filters. Meantime we have contacted another contractor (referred by friend) who came & said there is no problem, heat flow is perfect (he has checked all air ducts) and nothing to worry about.

I heard something like air escaping while he was near the outside unit. He said he was looking for a leak. I now believe he was letting the Freon out of the system. Someone else replaced the Freon and it was bone empty. He told me that usually the only way that there is NO freon is when it is purposefully emptied. Comfort 1st wanted $75.00 per pound and I paid someone else less than half that.

It was good. He came out and checked out everything. It's still working. Quality was good. Their punctuality was fine.

All services performed were as contractoed for.

Went very well. I had no problem changing dates because of weather. The tech was prompt, efficient and courteous.

The professional and courteous. He was able to get the tune-up done efficiently and provided a good service.

We were extremely pleased with the technician's expertise and with the way he communicated with us. He treated us with respect and made sure all our questions were answered.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the services and history of the company but contrary to Morris Jenkins, whom we previously used, did not try to sell anything. My husband was especially impressed that he had been in the military. We will definitely use this company again.

I am not certain there was an adequate check based on the very short period of time he was here which was less than 10 minutes.

They said everything was in good working order. In fact, I set up where I pay monthly and they come in twice a year, a service plan. I really like them and they are less expensive than the previous people I had. The guy was very professional.

Very well, and informative about my system and its' operation

Chris Frank was the representative who performed the service. He was exactly what you like to see in someone who comes to do some work in or around you home. We showed him where the system is located and did really not notice that he was actually here. We both like that. At the end, he explained that the system was actually in good condition. He offered us a service contract, and we will take him up on that. He also suggested replacing the run capacitor that showed signs of age. Because of our financial status, we declined that one. We'll have to get it replaced when it brakes down. Overall, we were very satisfied and I am certain that we will see him (hopefully only) twice a year for maintenance. Thank you for a job well done!
