Dennis provided an estimate within 24 hours of stopping by to see the project. I got another quote from someone else but they took 5 days to respond and estimated a greater cost than did CertaPro. The job was scheduled and executed exactly on that date. This was the 4th time I had used the services of CertaPro and would gladly use them again.

For this project I was preparing my moms home for resale. Joe and his crew gave my mom's house a "facelift" with meticulously executed popcorn ceiling removal, painting and dry wall repair. The quality of their work is second to none. I will miss my updates and chats with Joe. Will definitely hire them again should the need arise. I trust Joe explicitly. He and his crew had lock box access to my moms empty home and they were wonderful. Hire them you will be happy you did!!

It went very well. The owner was on site during most of the work. The crew was talented, did great work, and left the kitchen tidy and clean.

We were very, very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, and the pace at which they worked. There seemed to be no down time. We were also able to add in a few extra items at the last minute and they were able to add those in without any trouble. They also were honest and forthcoming about when they could start and let us know when the previous job caused a delay in starting ours. Once they got to our house, they never left to attend to another job. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again. The price was not the lowest bid we received, but we were so impressed with the detail and care the owner took to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting, that we were convinced to go with Certa-Pro. We are glad we did!

Dennis was very professional when he came to the house to get a quote together. And the crew that was sent out did a great job. Very satisfied. Ricardo and his crew are so good! Very professional Attention to detail, and they patch and sand until these old walls look awesome. Added plus: they clean up after themselves which is wonderful -not the norm for some of the people we've had in our house over the last few months. Highly recommend

I've been dreading removing the paper in our kitchen for years. They had it all down in about six hours. The walls were treated so that they're completely smooth now. They were prompt, worked nonstop, got in and got out. It was not an easy project. I thought the price was a little high at first, and was worried about how long it would take to remove the paper since that part was by the hour. I've hired other painters in the past, and of course, done some of my own. I have yet to find a paint splatter anywhere. It's pretty much a perfect job. They were worth every dollar.

It's not often anymore when I can say that a company went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations, but CertaPro certainly did. Chris Gray and his excellent team painted my house last spring. It looks as good a year later as the day it was finished. We'd put off painting longer than we should because we was struggling with what color to paint the house, knowing that painting in any color was going to be expensive and we'd have to live with it for many years. We found CertaPro along with several other well-recommended painters through Angie's List. Each came by and provided an estimate. CertaPro was not the cheapest, but we were so impressed by Chris Gray's knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail, that it was an easy decision. They also include an on-site consultation with a color expert which was a huge benefit to someone like me struggling with color decisions. They can also power wash and do minor carpentry (which we needed a fair amount) to best prepare the house for painting. As for the painting itself, the crew was fantastic. I sometimes work from home, so I was able to observe them first hand, They were highly skilled painters who were friendly and always kept the job site clean and tidy. Chris came by regularly to inspect the work and to check in with us. I just can't say enough good things about the whole experience!

I was pleased with their performance I probably use them again sometime. The thing that I held back on was probably that they were expensive more expensive than I had anticipated.

All drywall repairs and painting done in 3 hours. It was a perfect job with all cut ins straight and no spills on my new carpet. The crew were freind land efficient. I was very happy with the results. This is the third time I have used this company.

We used this CertaPro franchise twice in the past for exterior painting of our house and outbuilding. Both times we were very pleased with the job they did and although the franchise is now under new management, there were no second thoughts about hiring them for the current job. The house required very little preparation but the outbuilding had two walls where loose paint would require significant scraping and sanding. The last time the outbuilding was painted a different wall required a lot of preparation and CertaPro did an outstanding job. When Dennis came out to estimate the current job, he brought a Sherwin Williams field rep with him to inspect the outbuilding and there was a detailed discussion about how the two walls should be prepared, similar to the procedure used previously to correct the other wall. Somehow after the discussion was held and the contract was written and accepted, the paint crew was not given all of the instruction they needed to properly prepare the two walls. As a result, a lot of old loose paint was visible beneath the newly applied paint and a significant amount of rework was required in the form of scraping, sanding, priming, and repainting. But in the end, CertaPro corrected everything with very little drama. Because they stood solidly behind the job, we are giving them an ?A? rating even though it took more than one attempt to get the job right. In hindsight, it was refreshing to work with a company that had enough pride in their work to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Joe is always easy to work with and in this case he once again came through with a great crew. The personnel he uses always arrived on time, completed all of the removal and painting in a short time frame. They took care of my office so I could be back in it the next day, and the results were awesome. Removing popcorn surfaces is a messy job, but the way they cover the rooms, and continuously clean during the process, the mess is manageable.

We are very satisfied with the job these guys did. He toured around the house and told us what rooms/ walls need painting and what did not. I really appreciated his pricing as we called other companies and they gave us an exorbitant estimate!!

I would definitely recommend CertaPro painters for several reasons. I appreciated how thorough Dennis prepared the quote and worked with me to set dates for the painting project which was to be completed in phases. The painting crew were friendly and professional. Ricardo would ask me every day for feedback on their work to make sure they were meeting my expectations. Customer satisfaction was obviously very important to them. Touch ups here and there no problem. They did a great job.

I probably wouldn't use them in the future.

This was the best painting experience I have had. Dennis is very thorough in his process. He came over evaluated job, took pictures and printed me proposal on spot. The follow up was immaculate!! Dennis, the manager of certa pro, arrived on time for consultation and estimate. he was very professional, and fully explained what would be done and what was included in price. painters arrived on time, moved all necessary furniture, covered furniture, carpeting and floors. ricardo (lead man) was very polite, as were all the painters, very willing to please and very responsible. we left our house key with him and went shopping for the day; we were completely confident on their trustworthiness. cannot say enough about their neatness and attention to details. excellent job.

Dennis Mockler, the owner, came to my house about 4 weeks before the job was done to measure and give me an estimate of the cost of painting. He was on time and he brought a folder with him that contained all the pertinent information about the company and the painting process. He was in the house for about 1 hr. or more and he answered all my questions. He asked me questions about my priorities and concerns and he gave me an estimate. He assured me that the price he quoted would be the actual cost of the job. Dennis was very pleasant to deal with and quite professional. He made me feel confident that I would be more than satisfied by choosing CertaPro for the job. After speaking to other happy friends and neighbors who used their services, I contracted CertaPro to paint my house. A team of 3 men came to my house on June 2 to begin working. They told me it may take about 1 week to complete the work. It took 6 days. Ricardo and his team asked me what rooms we would like done first and if we wanted the rooms to be painted in any particular order. They were very considerate of our lifestyle and they tried to stay out of our way as much as possible when we were in the house. The team worked diligently and they were meticulous. No splatters, no smears, no spills. They cleaned up after themselves every night and made it easy for us to live in the house while the work was in progress. They came on time every morning around 8:30, took a lunch break around 12:00 PM and they left around 6:00 PM or so. This team worked very hard and they were so quiet that we didn't even know they were around. Ricardo and his team were so eager to please. He always reminded us to look around and make sure everything met with our approval. We pointed out a couple of things which they took care of immediately. During the week, Joni and Dennis from the office contacted us to make sure everything was going smoothly. They assured us that if we saw anything that needed fixing before or after the work was done, we should just call them and it would be rectified. Needless to say, the paint job turned out beautiful and we were very pleased with the results. We will not hesitate to use CertaPro, the Matthews team, again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great paint job.

We had hired Certa Pro a few weeks prior to paint our 2-story foyer, stairs & hallway.....we brought them back to do some more in our living room because they did such a great job, were the right price, and we were really pleased with all employees / managers of the company. When Dennis first came to our home, we expected a really high quote, like 2 other painters which we had declined to hire due to outrageous cost. Dennis had such a professional setup, with his own printer, laptop and camera - printing out a detailed scope of work with photos & such....my first thought was "OMG this is gonna be expensive like the others"! I had pretty much resigned to just do the work myself! When Dennis' quote came off the printer and he showed me the pricing, I was so excited and couldn't wait to hire his company. The price was fair! For the effort it would take us to do the work in a 2-story foyer, I was willing to pay a fair price! We had found the right company! It was only a few days later the crew showed up and completed the work - they really did a GREAT job! Crew was professional and considerate in our home. Our 2-story foyer, plus stairs & upstairs hallway was $786. Later, our living room (a large wall that is the breakfast area + living room) and a second wall,, plus around built-in bookcases was $452. The price included the paint. Thanks again! We'll be hiring you again!!!

PERFECT! As they guarantee, this was a 5 out of 5 star experience. The team arrived on time and immediately set about to work. The job took all day and was finished with excellence. And after a thorough clean up, I could not even tell that they had been there, with the exception of a neat and professional paint job. I particularly liked that that they worked with me in coordinating with a new roofing job. We needed CertaPro to come in early to paint some gabled roof vents BEFORE the roofers arrived, and then to return after the roofing job was complete to finish the rest of the painting. That sequencing, coordinated with the weather forecast, worked out perfectly. Since I contracted with them for this job, I have an interior painting need that has arisen and plan to use their services again. I am very impressed with Dennis Mockler and his Certa-Pro Painters team.

It went great. They were very thorough, did an excellent job and we really don't have complaints, and they're professional in every way. The owner is just professional, very through, and wanted to make sure that we knew exactly what they're going to do and wanted to assure us that everything will be done in the proper way. After things were completed, he wanted to make sure that we were please with everything that was done. In fact, prior to them, we used another company much more expensive though great quality, so we feel like that their price was very good.

It went wonderfully well. If I have one complaint, it's that Certa over communicates (two phone calls and an email to confirm an appointment!) but it's not really a complaint. The staff that came to perform work was courteous, professional and thoughtful. I have both a dog and a young child (14 mos at the time) and they were sure to keep doors shut and locked, child gates closed and materials cleaned up and put away at the end of each day, so we didn't have any concerns about either the baby or dog getting into anything. The process was literally as seamless as could be. In fact, the quote was for one coat of stain on the deck and after completing the one coat, the painters decided that a second coat was necessary. The rep called me and told me that they would complete the second coat at no cost to me - great result. I will definitely hire Certa for my next project as well.

This was a great experience from start to finish for the members of Grace Baptist Church of Indian Trail. Mr. Mockler responded quickly to our call. We setup an appointment. He was on time, very friendly and professional. He listened to the requirements, he asked questions and answered questions. He did a thorough inspection of our church. We received 3 proposals. CertaPro's prices were the most competitive. We also felt that he would do a great job. We met Mr. Mockler and his crew at the church. He went over everything to be done with us and Ricardo (foreman of the paint crew). The job was completed in 2 1/2 days. We did a walk thru with Ricardo. Everything looked amazing. All the members and regular visitors are thrilled wtih the job CertaPro did. We would gladly recommend them and use them again. Thanks to Mr. Mockler and the crew.
