I called and spoke with Randee and we agreed on a time for her to come measure my rooms and give me a quote. She arrived on time and took the measurements. She also brought some carpet samples and we selected what carpets we wanted quotes on. A couple days later, Randee emailed me the quotes. I was pleasantly surprised as her quote was $1200 cheaper than a previous quote I had gotten for the exact same carpet and padding. My wife and I were still unsure of the exact color and carpet we wanted, and Randee was kind enough to meet with me again and ordered larger carpet samples for us from the manufacturers. After finally deciding what carpet we wanted, I contacted Randee to schedule installation. I was very thankful that she was able to schedule the installation on Saturday, which prevented me from having to take off work. On Saturday, the installer Manny and his helper arrived exactly on time. Everything went great. The total installation took approx. 8 hours and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will definitely be calling Randee again for my future flooring projects.

Floor looks awesome after the install. I am selling this house, I needed to replace floor and they did very nice job with it. I would use them again.

I had a great experience and will use Randee and Carolina Flooring & Carpet for my future flooring projects. Initially, she didn't have a material sample that fit my needs, so she arranged for me to visit the wholesale supplier so that I could personally select from the full range of available products. I'm a little bit obsessive, so I really liked the opportunity to choose from a wider range of options for material.

Alex is amazing to work with he goes above and beyond. He installed hardwoods in my dining room, hallway, den, foyer and powder room 7 years ago. We added hardwood in our kitchen and you could not tell that they weren't installed at the same time! He is a true craftsmen:) the ceramic in our laundry room is perfect:) the hardwood in our hallway and bedroom are gorgeous! Again Alex is great:) Carpet looks great, the installers were wonderful :) will write a review about quality of carpet after I have lived with it for a while. It has a 20 year warranty which I am counting on:)

Our first impression was that of trust. Randee did an excellent job of understanding what it was we wanted. Once we received the quote it became a no brainier to hire Randee's team for the installation. One thing that really stood out was when Randy discovered, at her place of business, that some of the wood may not be in good condition. She came out and confirmed that one lot was indeed bad. Within 2 days we received replacement wood and thus were able to begin the installation. Through the entire process Randee constantly followed up and made sure we were all on the same page. Would we use Randee again? Absolutely!!

Randee, met me at my new house and gave me an estimate on refinishing existing hardwood floors and adding additional hardwood. ?She was very conscious of cost as well as concerned about what I really wanted. She worked on her own to discover that carpet covered stairs were actually hardwood and could be easily stained. I knew putting hardwood on the stairs was going to be too expensive but she heard me say that I wished we could get rid of the carpet and put hardwood down. She actually went back to the house and asked the homeowner if she could check out the stairs and then called me with the good news. She also dealt with several difficult issues - high humidity in our basement and integrating new wood into old wood. The crew that did the floors were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing, ?Randee checked on their progress regularly and made sure everything was going as planned. ?I definitely felt like I could communicate with her or the refinisher if I had an issue with anything. ?I think Randee knew as much or more about putting down wood than the guys who put it down. ?We were very nervous about this whole process because we were spending what to us was a lot of money (we spent $5000 on carpet) but everything turned out great. We were extremely happy and ?have since recommended Carolina Flooring and Carpet to several people. for both hardwood and carpet.

They came in on Friday morning and were gone before the day was done! Start to Finish was Perfect!!!
