I had a leak from my washing machine and was not sure if it was the machine or plumbing. Mark was there quickly and determined it was a leak in the hose. He repaired the hose and checked the washer over to ensure nothing else was wrong.

I was not charged for the house call.

I received a prompt return call. After I let them know what the situation was with my refrigerator they gave me honest advice. Not the news I wanted to hear but at least they didn't come to the house and charge me for a service call like another service provider did. My 4 year old Kenmore French door/bottom freezer was not worth the cost it would take to repair it. This company is honest and reputiable in my opinion.

Mark came out the next day and repaired the door and put in a screw to try to prevent the same problem from happening again. He was very knowledgeable.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue. It's has worked perfectly since.

Excellent experience! I called about my 4-year-old refrigerator's freezer (bottom type) making frost for several weeks. My son tried to fix it with a new gasket on the door; didn't help. So I called and talked to Bob on a Friday asking if they could come by next week. He had a serviceman, Bill, call me back within a half hour saying he could come in an hour. Which he did and he was very nice and professional. He figured out that a light switch at the top of the freezer had frozen solid and was thus keeping the freezer door from closing completely! I was amazed. He asked for a hairdryer to unfreeze it, and, viola, the door easily snapped shut completely, and I haven't had a problem since. I had printed a $10-off coupon from their website so the charge was $79 -- well worth it!

Part came (took 3 weeks) was not the right part. Said he would have to contact supplier and order the right one. Never heard back from hm (Mark), Called to follow up, he was on vacation so we left a message. Have not hear a word back since. Guess because it wasn't a BIG PROFIT call, they couldn't be bothered after the wrong part come back. Would have more respect for thisoutfit if they had just followed up with us, no matter what the outcome!!!. Well, now our diswasher is having major problems, which would have meant another job for them that would pay. Won't ever call them again or recommend them to anyone.

The man that came out was nice enough in early June 7 2013. He told me right away what the problem was and it should be fixed in a few days. The company where I bought the stove from and myself made several calls to Carolina Appliance Service INc to find out the status of the part. I got the run a round from them. "We will call you"....I called them twice and both times the person that answered the phone was very rude! He also said one time that I called the wrong number! I did check them out on Angie's list before I gave them a call. I would never use the again! I would not recommend anyone using them again either! I have never given anyone an F before but they deserve an F.

It worked fine at the beginning, the a week or so later it started to act up again. Called them to come out and fix the problem and I have yet to hear back from them.

Great, I called at lunch when I noticed the frig didn't get colder after turning it up. We thought since we had moved it out we might have done something to it, but we hadn't. They went over several things with me that we couldn't fix, but said they could have someone out in the afternoon. Kevin who came showed me everything he was doing when he was checking it out. The defrost was not working and when he took off the panel it was packed with ice crystals. He replaced the defrost heater and cleaned the crystals out. Very happy with the service.

I spoke to Keith on the phone and described the issue I was having with my Samsung refrigerator, and since it was a relatively simple fix, he just told me how to fix myself instead of charging me to come out and fix it. I really appreciate the advice and the honesty!

I called Carolina Appliance Service and told them what I was experiencing, and they said they would have someone out this afternoon to look at the oven. Bill arrived in the estimated window I was provided, and he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He saw right away that all I needed was a new element, and after 15 minutes, the job was done. Couldn't have been more happy with the professionalism, punctuality, and quickness of getting my oven fixed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called to ask the cost of a service call for my dishwasher. The person who answered asked me the nature of the problem. I explained that whenever I ran the machine suds remained on the dishes and in the tub. He told me to run a cycle and add one cup of white vinegar after the tub filled with water. This worked like a charm. Problem solved.

They came out exactly when they said they would, and did everything they said they would. We just had an excellent experience.

The repairman came the next day and was very punctual. He explained everything to me so that I could understand. I would definitely use them again. This is the second time I have used them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Overall great service. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time.

He came out and checked the washing machine and said that the main circuit board needs to be replaced. He installed the new circuit board and plugged it in, but it didn't work. Then we plugged it in into another receptacle and it worked. It turned out that the problem was with the receptacle. He suggested me to bring an electrician in to check the receptacle and if it turns out that the receptacle is the problem, he will come back and put the old circuit board back in and he won't charge me. The man that came out was very honest and straightforward. He was a total pleasure to do business with.

I called Carolina Appliance Service at 7-30am and told them my problem. They said they would have a serviceman call to schedule a visit. The call came 15 mins later and we made an appointment for a time between 11-30 and 1-30 that day.. The serviceman showed up at 11-45am and repaired the dryer.

was incredibly responsive, punctual & focused. Came in, got to work, diagnosed what needed to be done, corrected it & got under way. Also took the time to refer a service provider for the dryler line so we didnt have a repeat issue. Awesome.

My Samsung dryer wasn't heating, so I checked Angies's List, and based on the high ratings for Carolina Appliance Service, I contacted them. I was able to get a service appointment for the next morning. The service technician arrived on time, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He gave me a price for the part and labor required to replace the defective part. He had a part in stock on the truck. I agreed to the price and the repair was completed in less than half an hour. Dryer works perfectly - again! I checked some prices for the part (after the fact!) and found that the total cost was slightly higher than what I could have gotten from another provider. But - the prompt arrival of the technician, fast service, and acccurate repair were all great - and I'm willing to pay a slightly higher price for those things.

He was honest and told me what he thought it was. I had a handyman come out who was able to sort of fix it, he put some shims in and it is now leaking a bit. So, I believe the service man was right, I might just need to buy a new one. I have talked to others who also believe that I will have to buy a new one.

Great - dryer is working properly again and heating properly.
