Description of Work: I had bought a part for my washing machine and could not get the old part out. I was quoted $149.00 to come and install the part . This was fair to me . The new part did not work . The technician would not charge quoted price because he could not get the machine to work . Although I insisted I should pay the $149.00 because I supplied the part , he said no . Very helpful and answered my questions so I have kept the phone number for future use .

Description of Work: They said they replaced a water valve on my refrigerator. Still have the same problem with a slow ice maker. They insisted on cash due to my out of state checking account, so I went to an ATM, paid cash and got a receipt with a phone number that was not in service. |

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not cooling, called Carolina Appliance Service. Scheduled an appointment for next day, man came to the house on time. He removed the back panel and was quick to diagnose the problem to a defective compressor. He wasn't able to do compressor repairs but suggested a service that does. They didn't charge a service call! He was very friendly.
