They repaired a dishwasher that another company had not done a very good job on. They were very prompt when returning my phone calls. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.

It was a very good experience. He came out here and diagnosed the problems and had everything repaired in about 30 minutes. He came out the very same day that I had called. I have used this company a number of times, and it is always same day service.

They were great. We had another company come out previously and they were unable to repair it. Their price was a huge improvement compared to other quotes we had received. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon to look at my microwave. They had to order a part and told me that it would be 7 - 10 days. 10 days later, they had my microwaved fixed. They did a great job.

Everything went fine. I had water coming out of my refrigerator and the morning I called, they were able to come fix it. While there, I had them fix the microwave because the turntable wasn't working properly.

They did a good job and the prices were reasonable.

Called at 7:30 am the next morning after getting home and finding water under the refrigerator the night before. Was told someone could be in my area between 8:30 am and 10. At 9 am Bill showed up at my front door. Explained the problems and he knew right away what was needed. Bill had all the parts he needed on the truck and proceeded to install same. Bill was very professional and very pleasant. Was done in about 30 minutes with everything working.

I appreciated the company's approach to doing business. Their advertisement says they will try to repair the appliance over the phone which they did. They repairman saved me a significant amount of money by suggesting that I have the manufactures' repair service do the work since the part was under warranty. I also appreciated the fact that he repaired the refrigerator at no extra cost.

WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH THE REPAIR, HE TESTED THE MACHINE TO BE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE HAD REPAIRS BEFORE FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND I DO NOT THINK THEY DID THAT MUCH AT ALL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. TIMELY.

We checked a local parts distributor to see about a self repair. It was recommended that we not attempt this repair but call Carolina Appliance Service. We called Carolina Appliance Service on Monday afternoon and arranged for schedule Tuesday morning. The person on the phone wasn't certain of the techs route so it was arranged that the tech would call first thing in the morning to advise a more specific time. The tech called around 7:15 and was able to be at our house between 9:00 and 9:30. He arrived promptly at 9:00. After a quick glance, he knew the problem and retrieved the repair kit from his truck. He was completed in under 45 minutes and our ice maker dispenser is as good as new. Great job!

They were prompt (came out the very next day). A lot of places could not schedule me in for at least a week!

Contacted company in the morning of one day and was told they would call the next morning and come out. What they meant, they would call the next morning and schedule an appointment for sometime that day. When I asked to go ahead and schedule an appointment for the following day they could not schedule a day ahead. They do all their scheduling in the morning for that day. What kind of service business will not schedule in advance? He seemed very peeved that I would at a lack to understand why I couldn't just clear my schedule or jolt away at any time to meet them. Unbelievable.

Carolina Appliance was called on Wed evening; received a call Thursday morning saying they would be at the house between 11 & 1 PM that day. The technician Tim arrived at 12PM. Tim was very professional and performed the work within 20 minutes. I would absolutely use them again. The relay switch needed to be replaced.

I called Carolina Appliance and explained my problem, they had a tech out within between 12 and 2. Their Tech showed up about 1 pm. Tech was pleasant and explained the problem and solution to me. Turns out it was a common problem and the repair was an easy fix. Repair was completed withing 30 minutes. I would definitely call Carolina appliance with any problems.

Very professional and courteous. Quick service. Came a day after I called for appointment. When asked, he offered advice of reliable appliances to replace this one when necessary. Explained what was wrong with my door and explained how it was fixed.

Received call back to schedule appointment first thing in the morning after calling the night before. Promised to be out at a certain time, arrived on time, was professional and completed work to get refrigerator back up and running. Excellent service. Great experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

THE TECHNICIAN DROPPED A SCREWDRIVER ON MY EBONY HARDWOOD FLOOR & GOUGED IT. DIDN'T TELL ME & WOULDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. ALSO COULDN'T DO THE WORK & WASN'T KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. DISPATCHER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I WAS REFERRED BY KITCHEN AID TO ANOTHER COMPANY, WHO MADE ME VERY HAPPY.

WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN APPROXIMATE TIME; TECHNICIAN CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL TO ALLOW ME TO LEAVE WORK AND MEET HIM AT THE HOUSE.

WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THEM WAS HOW FAST THEY RESPONDED. WHEN THE REPLACEMENT PART DIDN'T WORK HE CAME RIGHT BACK IN LIKE 10 OR 15 MINUTES. HE PUT IN ANOTHER NEW PART AND MADE SURE IT WORKED. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. YOU'D NEVER GET SUCH PROMPT SERVICE FROM A PLACE LIKE SEARS.

BILL, OUR TECHNICIAN, HELPED US OUT AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY HAD DONE FAULTY WORK ON OUR MICROWAVE. HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL.

I CALLED ON SEPT 8 LATE AFTERNOON AND BILL ARRIVED ON SEPT 9. HE REPAIRED A GARBAGE DISPOSAL THAT HAD NOT BEEN WORKING DUE TO PLASTIC FROM A TENANT. VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND PROMPT. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL GLADLY USE AGAIN.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NEEDED AND WHY.
