My refrigerator/Freezer had gone out and the fan was no longer circulating. I called that morning and the tech arrived on-site within 2 hours to repair and restore cooling to my fridge.

Great service will use again. Very professional, could not have been more timely all companies should take notice. The only thing in this day and age between companies is the service and this service was the best.

Everything went well. They arrived on time and did a good job.

Called them at 10 am. They agreed to give me a call 30 minutes before they planned on arriving. They did as promised and arrived at my home before noon the same day. Repaired the refrigerator in a very professional and timely fashion. I was very pleased with their service, courteousness and professionalisim. I would recommend them to anyone needing services they provide.

Bill arrived on time and checked the oven (which was put in when the house was built in 1991) thoroughly. He advised that it needed to be replaced due to the electrical part not working properly.

On time, diagnosed problem quickly, and fixed problem.Charge was reasonably priced. What more could you want.

Dishwasher (Whirlpool) failed to drain so we called Carolina Appliance Service based on proximity and Angie's List ratings. Service Tech stated he was close by and arrived within 45 minutes. Tech's inspection revealed blown fuse within dishwasher. Tech replaced fuse (available on service truck) and returned dishwasher to service. Time on-site = 10 minutes. Service charge was a little high for time on-site but they were very quick to arrive, diagnose and repair. We would use them again.

They contacted us back promptly and were very nice on the phone. They offered helpful suggestions and to check if the appliance was on a recall list. We appreciated the information and honesty. I will contact another company for a second opinion.

They were very responsive to my initial call and came out exactly when they said they would. Very reasonably priced and knowledgable.

I called on Monday and was told that a technician would call between 7:30 am and 8:30 am on Wednesday. At 7:35 am on Wednesday, I got a call from Billy, the tech, and he said he would be by the house between 8:15 am and 10:15 am. He arrived promptly at 8:15 am. He was very friendly, clean cut, and forthcoming on what was wrong with my refrigerator. He said it was an easy fix and within 10 minutes he had fixed it. The light bulbs were a bit harder to install but he did that also, taking care to put a towel on our glass topped stove so as to not scratch it. He filled out the invoice applying my Angie's List discount and was on his way. A pleasurable experience, except for the $114..... but even that was the lowest end of the estimate so that was a pleasant experience too.

We have a bottom-freezer Kenmore Elite (LG). The refrigerator section stopped cooling. We called out Carolina Appliance to take a look. It took a couple of days (within a week) but they were pretty prompt. We have an outside fridge so it wasn't an emergency to fix this, just inconvenient. They got the fridge repaired. Very professional, very friendly. Coincidentally (??), after the fridge repair, water started leaking out of the bottom of the fridge. We went out of town for a week and didn't notice this before we left. Unfortunately, the water did some minor damage to the wood floor in our kitchen. But not a huge deal. We called them out when we got back and they were able to come take a look the same day. I asked if it could be related to the other repair but they said it wasn't. The drain line that drains water that is created during the defrost cycle somehow got clogged. the water froze in the drain pan and began leaking out onto the floor when the cycle would run. They cleared the ice and blew out the line. I had to pay another service charge. I would think they might waive that given the fact that they could have caused the clog, but they said it wasn't related. Also, the technician that came out didn't know how to remove the inside back panel of the freezer and had to call out another technician in the area. The other technician arrived fairly quickly. The technician was nice, but I noticed after he cleared that line and was about to leave, the Freezer Fan error message was on the fridge again. It stopped working. He reset it and it was fine, but, I think he should have checked everything before leaving. Also, I didn't notice until after he left that the ice maker wasn't working. So, I had to re-schedule to get him back to reconnect it. He was extremely prompt and accommodating in returning. In the end, everyone was nice, responsive, and professional. But I think the quality was a bit below par. I probably will call a different company next time.

The service tech came to the house and was very rude and unprofessional because I questioned his quote. I had spoken with the owner of the company and told him exactly what the problem was and he gave me an idea of how much it might cost to fix. However, the tech came out with a much higher quote. When I asked him to call his owner, he refused. He then storned out of my house and refused to leave his estimate with me and said "You know how much it's gonna cost, BABE". I was shocked and called the owner, and he was begrudgingly apolegetic. He was actually pretty sympathetic towards his tech's behavior. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I called to get an estimate for work and to schedule an appointment. Individual was not overly nice or helpful on the phone but the price was competitive and I scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Upon calling back to cancel the appointment (later the same day) individual was extremely rude and indicated that they "had already cancelled the appointment." Buyer beware.

The guy came within 30 minutes of my call. He did what needed to be done and told me I could call them back if I had any more problems because the service call was good for 30 days and I won?t have to pay anything else. The next morning, he called me to see if my ice maker was working; I?ve never had that good of service anywhere else before. He was prompt and he followed up; you just couldn?t ask for better service.

He was really good. He was personable and on time. He was fair. He showed me how I could fix it myself if it happened again, which was very good.

It was going to cost more to fix my dryer than it was worth. He was upfront with me, we talked about it and he made some recommendations as far as brands go. I would have them come out again if I needed any large appliance repaired. It was a short visit but he was punctual and professional.

Joel came out to evaluate my Maytag washer. He quickly surmised exactly what the machine had wrong and kindly gave me a repair/replace opinion. Very professional, very succinct. Would call on him again in the future without hesitation.

They came by 11:30 am when I called them at 08:00 am. They were good.

Very quick service, arrived within two hours of my call and able to repair machine with parts on truck. No problems or complants at all. Will use again.

He immediatley diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, replaced it and all is now fixed. He even took the time to go over some otf the features of the refrigerator I have. He took great care of us.

It took 3 trips ~ one to diagnose the problem, one to have the part ordered, bring it out and install it, and a recall to thaw the line since it wasn't thawing on its own. The three visits were fine as they were very agreeable to work with, and worked with MY time schedule. I was only charged for the initial visit. They charge a flat fee ($89) for the trip charge plus the parts they need. There are no other labor charges. We used them previously when our icemaker quit working.

Called company because agitator of machine wasn't turning. Bob was able to diagnose problem and fix via phone. Estimated our cost and said someone could be arrive same day. Serviceman came, as promised, and completed repair within one hour.

Called on a Saturday as they are advertised as 24hr service. They returned my call sunday night and left a message saying to be available Monday morning to set time for repair. I was working so called at noon on Monday, set time for the next day and was available for them to come for a 7hr period. They called 1.5hrs later to say they were really booked and had to cancel my appt the following day. They said it would be several days till they were able to come and they'd call me when they could come over but i should expect it to be several days later.

They arrived promptly, worked very efficiently, and cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

The first time the guy was there within an hour of my call, did the work. The second time he was there later in the day. Both times went well and they saved me a service call when they were able to tell me how to fix another problem myself.
