Description of Work: Replaced the door lock assembly in my Samsung Washer - literally start to finish took about 10 mins max.

Description of Work: Our Kenmore front load washer had developed a leak. I took off the front panel and checked the filter by the pump but it was not clogged. After reviewing Angie's List, I called Carolina Appliance Service. They called back in a few minutes and scheduled and appointment for the next day. Bill arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the leak issue - the bib has a small tear/hole and he recommended it be replaced rather than trying to patch it. He did not have the part with him but was able to locate on and returned in a couple hours to complete the repair. Bill was very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend using Carolina Appliance Service!!

Description of Work: Answered questions about possible problems with washing machine and gave honest opinion. I tend to be a 'DIY' person and this company gave me a list of things to check. Based on my responses it was determined that due to the age of my machine and the costs of repairs, it would be better to replace the machine. I would recommend this company!!

Description of Work: My fridge stopped freezing and cooling over the weekend. I went out to purchase a new one, but because of the holiday sales, it would be about 7 to 10 days to get a new fridge installed. so, i called Carolina Appliance Service around 11 this morning and they said they could have someone out between 1 and 3 . Doorbell rang at 1:00 PM! Took about an hour to repair and replace a timer part. Got my fridge back and don't need a new one! Very happy!

Description of Work: My washing machine was shaking tremendously during the spin cycle. The man came out and balanced all the footings and now it works fine. Also while he was here, he noticed the dryer vents were not properly connected or laying behind the dryer correctly so he fixed that as well. Will call again for future services and recommend to others.

Description of Work: Refreigeraor was not properly keeping cold. I called them on Thursday, Dec. 22nd. They promptly send out a service tech. and determined that the thermostat was bad. They did not have the proper part and had to order it from a supply house in Fayetteville. They promised to return on Tuesday, Dec. 27th to complete the installation of the part. They were here at 7:15 AM as promised and the job was completed in a few minutes. Appreciate the prompt attention and the fact that they showed up as promised. Would use them again and certainly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Highly recommend!!! My frig went out early on a sat morning. We called them at 7AM and they were at our home by 9AM. The problem was diagonsed and fixed within 45min. They had the replacement part on the truck....no ordering part or part is at the warehouse.
