Bulwark has been amazing throughout the past few years of service. Today, Tyjaye stooped for the routine service and modified a few things based on specific conditions present in the property. We are very happy with the service and attention to details!

He took the time to explain the treatment options available and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. His knowledge of pest behavior and prevention techniques was evident, which put my mind at ease. During the treatment, Austin was respectful of my home, ensuring to minimize any disruption.

Zachary Hoyt came out for a retreatment for Ants. He was thorough, took covers off of outlets and sprayed powder inside, opened drawers and put organic repellent around our island that is kid friendly. Sprayed outside the home again to prevent other bugs and future ants from coming in the building. He is always professional and very personable. I would 10/10 let him come into my home as a pest professional.

Devin N has been servicing my home since we started with Bulwark. His customer service skills are top notch and he is always is willing to go the extra mile in assisting us with our pest control needs. I mentioned seeing spiders and he made sure to do a thorough de-webbing.

Our representative, Omar Tobias from Bulwick has been servicing our home for pest control for quite sometime now. He is always courteous, friendly, offering any additional services if needed and always on time within 10 minutes of his text that he is on his way. Get a courtesy email the night before with a reminder as well.

Hugh McClellan performed complete inside and outside the home. He also suggested a preventative measure for rodent control. Ha has been a constant for me and my home and his suggestions are always informative.

Sara was very professional, introduced herself and stated that she would be the new person taking care of from now on. Also, gave me details about the new services i requested. Very courteous and professional!
