Bulwark Exterminating - Charlotte

Chris Atkinson is our guy! He is always very thorough and informative. Love knowing we are taken care of when he comes out!

We had a rodent problem at home and we contacted Bulwark Exterminating to help us deal with it. Marvin, their technician, was able to deal with the problem and he demonstrated to us that he cared and that he owned the solution. He also stated that the mice picked the wrong house to come in as he would protect it.

Austin Hildreth is the most conscientious person that has done exterminating work for me! He always takes care of our needs! I haven’t found any live bugs the entire time we’ve used them. If I’ve starts is not a high enough ratting. I give him ten stars!!!

Pretty good so far. Only time will tell.

I have been using them for five years and have always been happy with the service. All the technicians are very helpful and polite.

David W did his typical good job. He came in the scheduled time window, and called in advance to let us know he was on the way. He is always personable and pleasant to converse with. He performed his cobweb cleaning first, then sprayed the entire perimeter of the house for insects. Thank you David. (Note: payment shown below is what we pay on a monthly basis for our pest control Service Agreement.)

Austin always does a great job cleaning up the webs and stuff while he sprays the perimeter. I especially like that he knows to avoid ringing the doorbell when he comes (he knows it drives my dogs nuts, which is especially annoying when I’m working from home). He just arrives, knocks out some good work and goes on his way. Perfect.

Exceptional Service! Austin is meticulous and communicative. It really never happens, but over the course of several years, there have been one or two times that we needed some work between visits. Without complaint, without delay, Austin showed up to resolve the issue. We highly recommend Bulwark.

David W. called before he arrived to verify the appointment time, and performed the periodic spraying around the exterior of the house efficiently. He also took care of some fire ants along the sidewalk with a pellet application. He always does a professional job and is pleasant to converse with also.
