They were excellent. I did not have any problem with termites the whole time they serviced my house. I had used them for probably 10 years. They are very effective and very responsive whenever I call them. Whenever I find any bugs, they would make an extra trip.

We used them earlier this year and they were very good. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They turned it around fairly quickly, but were a little off schedule.

It was good. They did great. They were on time. They were very professional and courteous. They took care of the problem for me. It was Angie’s List specials why I used them.

The service I got was excellent, and the tech was knowledgeable. The price was good, as was the follow-up. They were neat, prompt, professional, and thorough. I don't really have anything negative to say. We'll be using them for our quarterly spraying.

They are wonderful. If you have a problem in between, they come out.

I live right by the greenway so there are a lot of pests that come. They like to do the quarterly treatment because they say that the first round will get rid of the pests but if there are eggs there, they will hatch within 3 months and the second round will clear out the property. I think either way is fine.

They were fine. We haven't had any complaints from the folks so I'm assuming everything is okay. The price was just the price of the deal. They showed up the day they said they would.

They were great. They were fine. They come on a regular basis. What I like them about is that when they get into their routine, they just don't bother you. They just let you know that they are there and they don't bother you after that.

The work turned out well. I have only used them once when I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. I was here when the technician and he talked to me about which pests I had seen the most so he treated for those as well as other pests that are common to the area. The pricing for the special was really good. How much they charge normally I can't say because I have not used them again since the special. The quality was very good and helped a lot with the pests that I have been having the most problems with. They were very responsive. They could not reach me by phone so they finally had to communicate by email, which was fine. They were on time and arrived when they said they would. They were professional and explained what he was going to do before he did it. I have used other exterminators in the past and have not gotten the same results so I believe I am going to call them again.

They did very well. I signed a contract with them to come over quarterly. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

They did a good job. I've used them twice and I was happy both times. The last time I didn't have one of the special Angie's Deals so I had to pay $170. The price for the deal was very good. They recommend spraying every 2 months but I didn't sign a contract at that time but I am thinking about doing it. The guy was friendly and professional. He got in, did the work and got out. He put booties on his feet and shoes. I would recommend him.

I have no complaints. I had moved into a new house and had to do a lot of cleaning. I was concerned about insects and pest infestation. The technician was prompt and professional, and he answered all my questions. I would use this service again.

They told me to be home during, I believe, a 2-hour window of time. They did not show up. The technician apparently got held up at another job. I immediately requested a refund. After two months of asking, they told me to contact Angie's List directly. The Big Deal help desk agreed to make an exception to the 30 day policy and refund the money.

It went well and didn't object to being followed around while providing service, which by the way I recommend everyone do, every time.

It was excellent. The professionalism and quality were really great. The guy who came out was really good and courteous. The responsiveness was great as well. He was right on time.

The service went well. They honored that same price for us and we do a quarterly treatment with them. We are happy with them. They have been flexible with scheduling.

It was a Big Deal purchase. We just had that done this morning and it went great. The employee was very professional. He was very prompt and I thought he was very thorough. We were very appreciative of this Big Deal. For the special, the price was great. We are going to set up a contract with them.

Service was easy to set up. Our technician (Ben) arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained the treatment process and also answer questions I had on seasonal bug appearances. Service was completed. Ben was polite,professional and offered (rather than forced in any way) a bi-monthly plan that we were happy to sign up for. Over the course of the following 2 weeks we saw sporadic dead bugs than indicated to us that the treatment was successful. This was our second requested visit and on both occasions treatments were effective and presentation professional. Keep up the good work guys. JonathanS

I bought a special through Angie's List on a Saturday and was shocked/pleased to hear from them that same day to schedule my appointment. They were able to come out a few days later. The representative that assisted me was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the process/options. I have continued the service and everyone I've communicated with has been pleasant.

Tierra was my technician and she was great and knowledgeable, she was very professional and on time for the appointment. The company however dropped the ball and after buying the deal I had to call them to schedule the deal. When I finally contacted the company I spoke with a man that told me that they had contacted me on Sept 9th at 2pm. I was at the hospital with a friend having surgery and when I returned checked my phone messages and caller id and I didn't have a call from Bulwark exterminating. This man that answered the phone apologized for the mix up and proceeded to try to sell me future treatments and I had not received the treatment I had already paid for. Tighten up Bulwark.

Beware of the bait and switch! I purchased a Big Deal and received a call from Garrett at Bulwark to schedule the work. Their computers were down, but he was going to email me with a date after discussing availability. I received an email about their services, stating "Our office will schedule the every two month applications throughout the year for the outside to make sure nothing gets in?no one needs to be home on these visits. When the tech arrives he will have the paperwork with this schedule and all your warranty information on it," but no date was mentioned. Nothing on the Angie's List deal mentioned anything about an annual contract, just a single preventative treatment. After a few days when I hadn't heard from them, I emailed Garrett. That same day he left a message on my voicemail, and then a tech just showed up at the house. We were leaving and not able to do the work that day, but rescheduled for the following week. Sean, a pleasant, professionally dressed tech, came as scheduled. However, he insisted that I sign a 12 month contract with the company prior to doing the work! Despite the contract stating that I could cancel upon 60 days notice AFTER the one year period, Sean said that I could cancel at any time. I'd paid for the deal already, so let him do the work. He did the inside, and then said he would do the crawl space and the outside. I was working and did not follow him out, but a few minutes later he was sitting in his truck outside. Shortly thereafter, he was gone without a word. I didn't hear him in the crawl space nor did I see him do the exterior perimeter. Upon inspection I didn't see any of the granules around the exterior as the deal stated. and cobwebs were still there. I called the company and finally got to Garrett again. He assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the work that Bulwark guaranteed its services. And of course I could certainly cancel at any time, "Hehe, sometimes our techs have difficulty explaining things." While the effectiveness of their extermination has yet to be determined, they've left me feeling duped and aggravated! Not what I would expect from Angie's List!
