They did an excellent job. The tech, Ryan Headrick, was very professional. He explained the service thoroughly and what types of products he was using. He completed the treatment in a timely manner and completed all of the services he said he would complete. As a pet owner, I am always concerned about chemicals that can be harmful to pets. Ryan explained how to protect the pets and not let them in the area until the treatment was completely dry. Overall, very satisfied with their services.

Had to call multiple times to schedule since the tech was a no show twice. Everyone was generally nice and professional. Could've used some explanation of what was involved when the tech arrived. He did however point out what he had done etc. after he finished up. Would recommend / use going forward. Update:- Changing the overall rating to A. I've had the company perform routine work for a while now. All concerns have been addressed. Will continue to use.

Good. They come and spray even if I'm not home and leave a hang tag. If I have any issues they will come back to re-apply or spray the inside of my house as well. They sprayed the inside on their first visit.

It went well! The man who came looked around the whole house and determined that they were most likely entering the house through the crawlspace. He sprayed inside, and set up a follow up appointment for spraying our entire crawlspace. This was all part of the 99 dollar package!

They were the only ones that responded to any phone calls. They responded promptly and he was here before the appointed time and he was done before he expected to be done. It was very efficient, very professional, very good. We don't know if they are gone yet. We don't know what damaged was caused yet. We have to wait for the treatment he did to fix everything. And it's not a quick fix with termites. My husband thought it was very good. He came on a day it was pouring rain, he did the job and we were very pleased with what's been done so far. He came out within a few days of the call. A treat for termites with this service is thousands of dollars, so it was a phenomenal situation for us right at the moment. It was perfect. We have bait stations completely around our house and he treated the area where he suspected they were coming from the ground into the house. He spot treated that area. We don't see any termites. The work was clean and seemed to be efficient and he was a very nice gentleman.

My husband likes the way they come whenever he sees a problem. They'll come that day or the net day with no problem and no cost.

I pay every two months. They are very good and I have been with them for a year and a half. I find their personnel friendly and helpful. They let me ask specific questions. They can change the date if it's not convenient for me if I need the inside done. I have them come inside every other visit. They are always prompt, they give me a three hour window. I think they are friendly, courteous, and they treat me like I have good sense. They make sure that they get the corners. They do not ignore me and they listen to me. I think they are fair and they are within $5 of everyone else.

I was impressed. They explained the process well, were very through and so far, no critters!

The experience was good this time. Normally when they come I’m not home, but this time I was home, so he asked me to see if I had any problems with any insect inside the house or outside the house, which was good. And this time I did not have any issues with insects inside the house. So, they just sprayed the perimeter for me. Their price is good.

The person on the phone when I scheduled was much more elaborate with the scope of work than the person who showed up. Wiping away cobwebs on exterior windows & even checking our attic was mentioned. Neither was performed. Not sure if he was having a bad day but it was apparent the guy who came to do the work couldn't wait to leave. I mentioned we had recently seen ants in our dishwasher. No acknowledgement, just kept working. I had to mention it three times before he mumbled something about spraying between the gaps on either side of the dishwasher. Worth the $68 but if that is indicative of their service, I wouldn't consider them for a longer term commitment. UPDATE: They offered to come out & treat again, which impressed me. The person on the phone when I scheduled was super friendly & courteous. The service person called me when he was 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, he showed up an hour and 20 minutes later without any further calls to say he would be late. There was an accident on the way to my place and was delayed by traffic. I had to leave for an appointment so I'm not sure what treatment was performed on the outside.

The provider contacted me promptly for scheduling, everything was explained thoroughly, they also responded to follow-up questions via Angie's List messaging quickly and they scheduled a time convenient for me. The technician arrived on-time, calling when 10 mins away to give me notice, was appropriately dressed, knowledgeable and was very professional. He performed his work efficiently and was on his way within 30-45 mins, no issues at all. Am strongly considering using their ongoing service in the future given the experience. Would recommend this company highly to anyone!

Donald was great. He was running late but called and let me know what time he would be there. He was very detailed in going through the house and the yard. He was also very thoughtful of my pets, which I appreciated.
