They were very nice and professional. I haven't seen any bugs since they came.

It was pretty good. No additional charges. He didn't finish his job though, I know that. I liked that he was pretty quick. I liked that he was a good person to talk to. He was a good all around person. It didn't take too long.

The young man (Jesse Wollen) was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. He promised if i still had a problem that they would come back free of charge. I am to have another treatment in September.

I was very impressed with Ben Sykora with Bulwark Exterminating. He took his time spraying outside our home and addressing our yellow jacket problem. Ben then came inside our home and sprayed in every room downstairs and upstairs including the attic. I really want to thank Ben for his excellent service and friendly personality.

We are pleased with the company. They are prompt, friendly and responsive. I have had them also do extra services like tick spray in the yard. Maybe a little expensive but satisfied overall with the services.

When we initially called Bulwark we asked for a ONE TIME treatment. When the 2 guys showed up one went around the outside and treated and the other stayed inside and spent the whole time trying to sell me on a contract. I must have said NO at least half a dozen times. This guy was seriously pushy. He finally went out to their truck and I see the other guy walking down our driveway with one of those brushes that you use to wipe away spiderwebs (which was part of the service quoted to me). Well I don't know what he was doing with it because later that day I walked around the house and several windows had serious spiderwebs the he clearly didn't touch. Less than a week later we received an INVOICE in the mail for the service as part of our CONTRACT. First of all, I paid the guy with a check which he wrote on the receipt he left with me....DUH. Second, I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY WE DID NOT WANT AN ONGOING CONTRACT. I called the office and was assured this would be taken care of. Today I get a call from their office wanting to schedule our next treatment as PART OF OUR CONTRACT. Geez!! I won't do business with companies that operate like this.

They do follow up with phone calls to have me sign an agreement with them.

They were very quick to respond and flexible making the appointment. They good a good job and I will use them again!

Excellent Company...Excellent service. What a truly wonderful experience I had with Bulwark Exterminating. I contacted their office to schedule the appointment, I was given an appointment within a couple of days. The representative I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional. The service professional that came to the home was also extremely courteous. Fast, reliable, clean, and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

this company is the best company i've worked with. they are professional, nice, thorough and truly care about doing a greatjob and giving great customer service. i wish the other companies i've dealt with were as they are.

At 1230pm the tech showed up, came inside my front door and asked if he would need to remove his shoes - I said no worries there. He asked what the man area of focus was going to be, and I said wasps. We walked out the front door, to the right were 3 old nests - I said they keep coming back and was told that they could kill them but could not do anything to prevent them. We then walked out to my driveway, pointed to the the roof by and said that wasps kept entering in and out of a crack into attic space. The tech said he could spray some into the crack - which prompted me to point the access panel in my garage. This is where this company gets an F - the tech told me he does not do attics, even though I specifically requested that wasps be killed in my attic during the scheduling. The tech gave an excuse that he had an accident, and he was too big, to which I had to tell him I didn't care about the reason, I cared that the service I requested could not be performed and he should leave. I called main number again and the rep said she didn't think the Tech is allowed to respond that way. She didn't see anything open for today, which I had been waiting at home for. I said the only other times that would work would be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after 5pm. She passed along the information to a service manager and they would try to get me scheduled, but in the meantime I am going to Yelp for more choices.

The technician was prompt and professional, did an inspection and sprayed for pests and indicated we did not have any issues.

They came but they were supposed to follow up with me in 8-10 days but they didn't; I had to call them back because I had bugs.

Service person arrived at time scheduled - neat, polite, did a great job even though we were the last customer of the day

The technician, David Woollen, arrived at a hectic time as I had workmen here doing some renovation. He was very patient with the interruptions in our conversation about what I needed done. He worked around the other people there to give the house a first treatment inside and outside too. He was so friendly and professional and I signed a contract for future and regular treatments. I am very happy with this company.

Jose arrived and explained how he was going to assist with any bug issues. He sprayed and treated for bugs. He did a good job.

As advertised. However I accidentally got automatically renewed without realizing it. I called and they took care of it after talking with the them.

Bulwark was great! They communicated very well, actively listened to and answered my questions, were very thorough and patient, the representative did not rush through the job, he took his time. I am very satisfied!

Sorry I don't remember the date or cost of service, they have been out several time since. Just for routine treatments. I love this service. One of the services I mentioned seeing a black widow and the man sprayed my whole back yard, around the storage buildings, took a duster and knocked down all the spiderwebs on and around my house. I have not seen any spiders since. :)

I was very pleased. I called after the initial treatment when I saw an earwig and the technician came back immediately to discuss options and spray with another formula. He discussed his thinking about this, and urged me to call again if I saw any activity in the next 60 days.
