They are good. I contracted with them and it's ongoing. They were late a couple of times getting to the house. They are a little bit expensive without the deal.

Living in the South, we had a mild German cockroach infestation. We thought we could just handle it by using products found at any national known store. And, we spent about $100 to tackle the problem ourselves. Then reality set in. These bugs are seriously difficult to tackle. And, when it comes to how fast they populate and reproduce, you really need an expert's advice and service. We are members of Angies list, and took advantage of Bulwark's special (which you can get for less if you hurry). We were processed through their call center. Keep in mind, the call center folks cannot see inside your home. I suggest you don't make any commitments for additional service (it is the call center's job to sell you more...). The real experts are the service professionals that actually come to your home. And in my case, I was completely surprised by the caliper and integrity of the Service Specialist who walked through my door. I had two applications in my problem area. And, the job was done! But, it's important for you to know, the 1st and 2nd service professional that came to my home were absolutely wonderful. They 1st and foremost listen to what your issue might be, along with any concerns (in my case, I have 3 dogs). They were very good about explaining their strategy and process. I was embarrassed that my home had been infested, but they explained how quickly it can happen and it happens to the best and most meticulous home owners. Paper grocery bags or boxes from warehouse superstore can easily have roach eggs. It only takes a matter of days, and your home becomes their home and breeding ground. So, it's not a matter of if, rather a matter of when it will happen to you. And when it does, don't try to handle it alone. Don't hesitate to call on this company. I hope you are lucky enough to get David K or Bob T. God broke the mold when he made these two fine men.

Bulwark Exterminating sent the exterminator back to my home to complete the service to my grade A satisfaction. I a very pleased with their customer service and will definitely use them again.

It went well and Bulwark has called me a couple times to follow up though I haven't had a chance to get back to them. They obviously tried to upsell me on getting a regular service, but I didn't have a problem with that. They were there when my wife was home but she told me they were professional and helpful. Appreciate the support.

It has been a few months since they came out . I have not had one insect since. They explained what they were doing and was impressed. Would definitely use them again

They are responsive to your calls. Despite outside perimeter spraying still do get roaches and other insects inside the home. When I do call them, they do respond, and will offer inhome treatment without any additional cost, if you have a service contract with them. satisfactory service.

Wonderful, haven't seen any bugs and no bites when I go outside.

a very professional company that followed up with us from corporate on the appointment and work itself; the worker was also kind and worked h****** the exterior of the house; however, after two trips, we still had new webs forming within a week or so following each visit; so while the firm is likely very successful with others, it just didn't work for our situation;

The person was really late getting here, but seemed very nice and professional. I don't believe we received the granules like the deal stated, but we were pleased with what we got.

The exterminator showed up a little late but was very apologetic and called to let me know he was on his way and he still had several more calls to go to on to that evening. He asked me about the types of bugs I was having problems with and where. He sprayed the outside very thoroughly and brushed off webs. He came in and sprayed around the house, looking for activity and spraying behind the electric sockets and along floors. Everything went well. The only thing I would do differently is to make sure the exterminator stays WELL AWAY from my flowers. Even though they say they don't treat flower beds, in the next few days I watched 4 bumblebees die and I was very upset. Some of the spray must have drifted to them.

Bulkwark stated that they performed pest control on my home residence and charged me for the services. Unfortunately I was not aware of the day of service and was not present at my home. I advised Bulkwark that I cannot pay for service I was not present for. I also advised that I wanted my home interior to be treated which was not done being I was not home. Bulkwark would mail a bill to me on several occasions. I again advised that the treatment was not completed being the interior was not treated. Bulkwark has since turned over the account to a collection agency. I again advised to Bulwark that I needed the interior to be treated. A manager or supervisor advised to me that 95% of its customer do not want the interior treated, only the house outside perimeter. I advised that I must be the 5% being I requested the interior to be treated. I advised that if Bulwark would treat the interior I would pay the outstanding balance. I was informed that being the account is in collection they will not treat the interior. It is unfortunate. Iwould suggest that you get in writing what type of service you want. Phone communication will not guarantee your specific request will be followed.

great service from start to finish. Answered my call on first try and scheduled a date for treatment. Service tech showed up on time and was quick but thorough in his work. I have been through three other companies and this was far better than the others!

The response from Bulwark was immediate after I purchased the deal. I really appreciated not having to wait around a few days for a reply/call. It was not anything urgent, I had just bought the house and wanted a one time service to remove cobwebs and spray for spiders. However once we set up an appointment time, that's when things got weird for me anyways. They called back the next day for what I assumed to be a reminder call or to ask more questions about location/service needed. It turned out to be a sales pitch. Apparently, it would be best for them to come out every two months for the house to be pest free all the time and wanted me to be on a contract. I politely said no thank you and cancelled the deal and appoint later that day. I know they want to try and get more business, but this seems unprofessional. At least they could have waited until after they came out initially to make their pitch. I may have considered doing some kind of contract if I would have been given the chance to see how they did and if the tech represented himself and the company well.

Provider came out as scheduled and performed the services with no issues. We had some roaches reappear after the service and the provider came back out and retreated for no charge.

They were quick to respond. I had a problem with tiny black ants in my kitchen. Had called the company that I have my termite contract with and they went up on the price when I told them tiny black ants because they said they always had to come back out and spray again. I reviewed Angies list and found Bulwark. They came out and sprayed outside. did a great job explaining why they worked from the outside. David Hinson did a great job in finding a huge ant hill under a large planter in my back yard. He took care of that and advised me on what I need to do with the other planters. I have not seen a single tiny black ant since the application. I can only say, they know what they are doing and they will not over charge you. I am happy that I used them and plan to use them again. Great company.

I would use this service provider again in the future.

Tech. answered questions and performed task in quick manner

It went okay. They charge you quarterly. The people that come do a good job. Whether or not how effective it is, is kind of subjective. The people that come do a decent job. They work hard. They're pretty responsive. They give you a four hour window. They show up within a four hour window that they say they're going to be here. They're professional.

It went very well. We had a quite a deluge of rain following the application. I noticed a few reappearances of the bugs we were trying to get rid of. I called to report this and they quickly attributed it to rainstorm which diluted the external application. They came within in 2 days on 7/25 to remedy that problem. Thus far everything is looking very good. I am very satisfied with the service.
