Marcello my technician is more like a friend than a technician. He remembers my name, my dogs names, my wifes name. So friendly, so accommodating. Very professional but very personable. I ALWAYS want him to treat my home, he is the BEST!!

They were running behind so they missed window appointment, but once they arrived, everything went just as I wanted. They fully treated the inside and outside and gave me specific instructions on how to handle my dogs around the treatment. I signed up for the service plan, so they will be coming out every other month to reapply the outside treatment. They followed up with a phone call to welcome me to the service and see if I had any questions. The termite guys arrived on time and were very thorough. They explained their system and schedule. I also went ahead and purchased the service plan for termites. Very good organization all around.

Technician Raymond Ruy was very courteous and conscientious.

Came out one time. They kept calling and want me to purchase a years contract. Good job but I don't want to sign up for a year with anyone.

Tim is AWESOME!! Extremely knowledgable, kind, caring, thorough, and very professional!! He took care of the outside of our home, of spiderwebs, spiders, and of course sprayed the perimeter as well as treated the inside of the house for all the little critters we hate to come in contact with. We live in a wooded area so its inevitable, but Tim takes good care of us!! Thank you Tim!!

Customer service via phone was okay. The agency seemed to have somewhat of a disconnect between the customer service phone techs and the field agents, as I experienced a little bit of a challenge in scheduling the appointments. It wasn't too promising at the onset. Although Angie's List provides for scheduling appointments for the coupon services online, this company apparently didn't get that information. I had to call a few times to schedule. The phone rang and rang. I got disconnected once I reached someone and at one point, I seemed to get the local owner of the franchise. I wasn't sure what to make of that. The service provider that showed up was Territory Manager, Raymond, a very nice man in a newly wrapped, technologically pimped out, Bulwark van. It had hoses and nozzles to disperse product and was fabulous advertisement with all the bells and whistles. He showed up promptly and was respectful, patient and kind, as I chatted away about my ant challenges. I mentioned the scheduling challenge to Raymond eventually, and was told they had just hired a new crew of service techs to handle their call volume and stretched out a little in the field until the additional new field recruits were up and running. Raymond asked very specific questions about my ant challenges and treated the property accordingly. He explained to me how he was treating the ants and the added benefits that the same product would control some other critters as well. He gave a few recommendations about better products that I could find online for maintenance, and he told me what to expect over the next few weeks. He also told me if I didn't see a significant difference within a week or so to call back and he would return under the same agreement. Sure enough, I had a few resistant critters and a resurgence of activity. I called for a subsequent treatment in which he put down more ant bait around the perimeter and my crawl space. The activity diminished significantly over the following weeks after the second treatment. I was offered a package for regular quarterly maintenance at a similar price point. My experience with service agreements with other pest control companies, in the past, haven't been favorable so I declined that offer. However, I did appreciate the service I received from this company and will consider them first for any future needs. I've received several follow up calls.

I needed a bug guy, found a friend! We needed help with ants and spiders both inside and out. Dave K came out and not only treated our home with care, but treated us with care. We have big dogs and a tween and he was respectful and fun around all. He had to come out a couple times to retreat and each time left me with a smile and a happier, bugles home!!

I purchased a Special Offer for a one time treatment. I have had issues with spiders and other small insects. I was called right away to schedule a date and time for the treatment. It was scheduled for the next afternoon! The technician arrived on time and explained the procedures. He quickly got to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have since received a followup email and call to insure everything was to my satisfaction. I'm very happy that I made the decision to go with Bulwark.

Came back out as promised. Rich was very thorough, even took the cover plates off the electrical outlets and sprayed in them. Baited too.

Extermination service was good. No problems with the appointment time set the service tech arrived on time was knowledgable and professional. Would use this company in the future.

I am very satisfied with the management attention to the situation. Despite my initial reluctance to continue the conversion, they persisted and made the situation right. I give them a lot of credit for that.

William showed common courtesies like standing back from the door while waiting for me to answer it, putting on shoe protectors before entering the house, and listening to my concerns so he could fully treat the problem. He also explained why he chose particular treatments and even interacted with my almost two-year-old son, who was fascinated with what William was doing. I felt he did a thorough job in a friendly manner.

As a Bulwark Client - This company has been excellent in responding to my concerns and needs. I have paid for their service plan, and they have come out numerous times to help control the ant issue without any additional charge to me. On 09/29/2016 Tim Edwards came to my home - he was the most thorough technician we have ever had and all of them have been truly great. But Tim went the extra mile to make sure our ant problom stays away. I highly recommend Tim and Bulwark.

They actually came back three times which was wonderful . It was very hot here, they didn't stop until it was actually resolved which is great so they will be my new pest control company going forward. They are excellent, absolutely excellent.

I am so glad I called Bulwark they did an excellent job!! The technician Bryon arrived on time he was very professional & knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and showed me where issues were. They called to follow up to see how things were, the customer service is outstanding!! I will be having them come out every other for pest control maintenance.

Tim (my technician) was great. He is very knowledgeable, and shared in detail what was going to be performed. He was truly interested in our goals/issues. Tim has great attention to detail and customer service. I'd definitely recommend their service.
