Bulwark Exterminating - Charlotte

I hired Bulwark because I had seen an increasing number of ants in my home. I immediately called Bulwark because I have heard from friends and neighbors that Bulwark was a reliable company who they have worked with for past few years. My technician, BEN SYKORA, want awesome! He took the time to answer my questions and was willing to spend the extra time to educate me on the services he was providing. I have not seen an ant since he has been here and it has been almost two months. I would highly recommend BEN SYKORA to anyone who needs a reliable pest control expert!

Very well donot see any bug-since service for about 1 year now.

Randy identified numerous wasp and bee nests and sprayed them, gave me a detailed explanation afterward, including what to watch out for, and discussed the one area of the roof that would require special equipment to reach. I appreciated the comprehensive service and thorough explanation.

did not do advertised job. Had to come back. When they returned, the single technician had quite an "attitude" and was not cooperative or customer-focused. For multiple reasons, I would not hire this company. However, the prime reason was because of this technician.

Randal Coleman from Bulwark Exterminating was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, when he responded to an extra service call for us. He was extremely thorough, and was very helpful with suggestions and helpful information, to keep our home and property pest free. It went fine and they did a good job. I would recommend them.

The technician, Greg Slosek, was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was raining, so he did as much as he could do inside, and scheduled a follow-up for outside treatment.

Went great, Jose Rivera came out and went under our home to check for termites and thankfully didn't find any and explained how their system works / Jose went through everything with us the cost and them coming out every three months to change out the bait traps / bottom line I no our home will be safe and that is what matters the most.

David Woollen has been our agent for several years. He is always punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. Today he offered extra help with an ant issue we are having.

As requested, the tech called 30 minutes in advance and was very knowledgeable as I asked several questions pertaining to the bees. Marcello was great and I would highly recommend him. I feel better after speaking with him and receiving the extra treatment. Thank you Marcello!

Excellent! Mike Lindsey provided excellent service. He educated me about carpenter bees in the regions since I am new to the area.

Zach W. idenitified the issue and treated it with two different methods. He was very polite and respectful, seemed very knowledgeable, and appeared like he enjoyed his job - even at 7pm. Appreciated his demeanor and thoroughness.

Work performed by Tim Edwards was outstanding. The office scheduled our appointment quickly, Tim arrived exactly on time - was pleasant, professional and very thorough. After work was completed, he gave us a recap and explained next steps. Encouraged us to call if we see any insects or have any questions. Top notch service - would definitely use this company again. Raymond Ray in the bees knees! Always super friendly and goes over the treatment process so you understand what's going on.

He is courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating in taking care of my specific concerns. I want to also recognize Bulwark for their great flexibility in meeting my schedule. Due to unforseen circumstances, I asked them to change Raymond's arrival time and they did so without any problem. Raymond called ahead to make sure I was home, arrived on time and did a great job!

Greg Slosek was professional, courteous and gave me a report when he was finished. He talked with me before performing services and asked me if I had any questions. Nice guy.

After initial treatment, I signed up for their quarterly service where they come out every 3 months and spray outside. Service is convenient and I don't have to be home. Haven't had to call them out in between visits as of yet. Technicians are very friendly and professional.

Exterminator came and handled active problem, looked outside for ants entry, sprayed out there. He also removed power wall plate where I told him I saw ants come from. Explained what he was using. Let me know follow up and prevention is best. Told me about the monthly service. I did sign up and will use for awhile. Seemed to work so far and price was reasonable. The guy was clean, on time, personable and told me a little of his background.

Bulwark was excellent. They were on time and very professional. They came back again to re treat the ant situation and did not charge - just like they said. I have hired them on a yearly basis.

We've been with Bulwark for years and have never had a problem. They're always professional & responded immediately and successfully on the rare occasions we've had a need for extra visits (yellow jacket nest discovered in the yard, errant mouse in the garage, persistent ant infestation a few years ago during the drought). Highly recommend.
