Robert Haynes, my technician, did an awesome job today. He thoroughly sprayed and put down granules around the perimeter. He made sure the job was down properly and effectively. I would highly recommend Robert when it comes to getting ride of outside pests. A++++ job!!

I have retained them as my permanent exterminator.

It took 3 treatments to get the fleas gone. The second person who came, denied we still had a flea problem and I showed him my bites. He also didn't tell me correctly how to prepare for the treatment (had to vacuum, etc. and he told me that was not necessary). I then requested another person and asked how to prepare, and they told me to vacuum, etc. Our first person and third person, both knew what they were doing. The second person did not!

Great. The technicians are always rather professional. Today I asked Jordan some questions and he was more than happy to talk to me about concerns with a smile on his face.

Chris M did a very thorough inspection and explanation of the service to be provided prior to starting the job. I observed him throughout the process and was very impressed in his methodical application of each application. He was very prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend Bulwark in light of our experience today.

Robert Haynes was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained entire assessment and was efficient with time. Unable to respond to quality fully until there have been some time between service and the invasion of ants. Ralph was helpful in informing of things needed to be looked at to prevent bugs from entering through a windo screen that needs to be replaced.

Well.....Robert was very professional and thorough. Probably the most thorough person we have had at the house. Only problem I could see was that his hose ran through some flower beds in the back of the house and broke off some of the flower stems. Other than that.......we were pleased with his service!

Greg Slosek was our technician and he did a great job. He arrived on time and talked to me about potential problems and how to solve them. He did not pressure me to sign a contract and I really liked that.
