They come out and treat the outside but I've asked several times to ring the door bell to get access to the basement. I have to have them come repeatedly. They have no problem coming back though. They're punctual. The work takes less then an hour.

They come out and spray the yard instead of just around the house. Excellent service. Price is very good.

Robert Haynes was my technician this time and took time to ask me about current and past issues, treat them thoroughly and make sure he answered any questions I had.

I actually had Bulwark twice. The first time I was VERY impressed with the service provider. The gentleman they sent out was comprehensive in his treatment of my home. The second time was a quick hit and miss by a different worker. He did not clean up the webs and really spent very little time in or around my home.

Excellent. They've been coming for a while now. Last time they came was about a week ago. They've been coming at least once a month for at least 6 months. Well they're good and I want to give them credit for being good cause so many people really aren't. If the customer doesn't want them to come inside, the can just let them know that. They do the perimeter of the house, outside and the perimeter inside and any areas where I seen a potential problem or where they know its a time that ants come. The kitchen, they will spray around that part. After a week to ten days, you see that you have a problem, they come back for free. How would I grade that? It seems entirely reasonably to me. I have them come every other month and they charge me $70 and it's worth it. As long as I am still in this house I will continue them and if they service wherever I live, I'll have them come there too.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also works quickly and efficiently. And, this company will make house calls as often as you call.

Had to have a second treatment due to continued bugs. Company was responsive and quickly had the tech come out for another service call. Problem is much better after the two treatments.

The work was performed in a friendly, professional, timely, and thorough manner. I was very impressed with the service technician, Phillip, in the manner that he provided the treatment as discussed above. When I have my future scheduled pest control treatments I would like for Phillip to be the service technician.

We have noticed some spiders. I called customers service and I had a tech out to my house the next day! Donny Moss was the technician that came out and arrived 15 min early! He was friendly and addressed all of our concerns.

Great! Ryan Smith was the tech that came out and he was very thorough, spraying around windows and doors, removing webs from eaves and around our front and back porch. Very friendly and courteous!

The entire service went very well! Chris M was extremely courteous and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He spent time to get all the crevices in, over, and under my house. He even stayed longer to ensure the ants would take the bait he put down, and eventually added a different variety that they seemed to take a lot better. It was very thorough all the way around. I would highly recommend.

Things went well. Tim was really nice, arrived on time and talked me through everything he was going to do. Might have taken about 45 minutes or so. Scheduling was quite easy and very flexible. I had to change my appointment due to scheduling other services around a move in and Bulwark was accommodating. I would hire and recommend this company for future services.

Very well, this was part of our annual contractual visits. Work was done neatly and quickly. Technician Robert Hayes was very professional, explained the normal work done, and performed a specific inspection we requested. We're pest-free inside the home.

Ok, first, info given over phone was not accurate. When they came out, service was not what was stated over the phone, in fact, their offices aren't even local, poor communication within company. Still had pests after treatment, including hornet and wasp nest which we found after they came.

The technician, Robert Haynes, showed up on time and, after explaining what he was to do, went right to work. He kept me informed of his progress and readily answered my questions. He offered tips and advice on how to keep the house "bug free". I'll be using Bulwark in the future.
