Tim Edwards at Bulwark took the time to identify the pests in the house and developed the proper treatment plan to address the issue! He always responds, is professional, courteous, patient AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Tim goes well above and beyond and provides TOP NOTCH customer service!

Raymond is always on time, polite, and informative. He is very helpful and he listens to my issues and offers explanations on what I'm experiencing and solutions to ensure I'm happy with my service. He goes the extra mile every time: he removed a mouse I trapped in my garage which makes him a super hero in my book.

Robert Haynes, our technician, was very professional and thorough. He explained the treatments he used and why.

Good, Robert Haynes came to the house and explained what the treatment was going to be. About a half an hour later he came back to inform me that he was done. Robert was professional and informative.

They did a great job and were very thorough. They were excellent with follow up. We didn't have any more bugs for the next two years. We are in a different home now and are talking about using them again.

After the initial treatment, Bulwark offered to follow up and come back with a different type of treatment and reassured me it was part of the initial treatment and part of their warranty, and they did so and it went ok...then they showed up unexpectedly in another 2 months and quickly stated they were just 'following up' on the initial treatment. I presumed this was just like the prior one as part of their initial service and warranty. They didn't ask if I wanted to buy an additional service, etc. just said they were there checking up on the prior treatment. Then they left me a bill for $79 for my 'every other month' treatment "plan," which I thought was really sneaky and fundamentally dishonest. Not wanting to make a big issue, I just wanted to call and pay for the recent treatment and make sure everything was canceled and keep them off property in the future. The customer service rep insisted I make the payment first and give them my credit card information, which after they took they stated they couldn't "cancel" future services! So they transferred me to a supervisor, who kept trying to lower the price to get me to sign up for service. It got worse and worse...the supervisor then told me she wouldn't let me 'cancel' on the phone (cancel what!) and said they would need to check my 'service agreement' in order to process my cancellation like this! All I did was buy this **** one time Angie's List service! This type of slickness is not right. And I am someone that reads the fine print and details...and doesn't ever complain - I just don't use a business if they aren't good. I'm the type that won't even send food back if it is messed up in a restaurant. I am guessing they regularly get this deception by the common person that just goes along and gives them a credit card. Fundamentally deceptive and dishonest. ABSOLUTELY do not do business with them.

Excellent. My service were performed by Raymond Ray. He did an excellent job. He answered all my questions to my concerns and what types of insecticide he will be using. He was ver professional, kind and courteous. I would recommend this company. The price was great. I got this company off Groupon just to try it out. I will use it again.

The Bulwark team is always professional and take care to lay the pesticides carefully and only in the designated areas. Additionally they are responsive if we need service in between our regularly schedule appointments.

It went well. Depending on the rep, some were respectful and put in booties before entering the condo.

It went very well, Gerard Dunn was very professional, he totally explained to me what he was going to do. He was attentive to my concerns regarding areas of my pets yet managed to really take care of the ant issue.

I called Bulwark on Friday and set up an appointment for Monday. Was given the instructions of what to do the day before arrival, and when David showed up on Monday and was quick and did a thorough job.

He arrive on time, let me know he was going to be outside treating yard and the outside of house. He went right to work removing all spider webs and spraying. When he was done he asked if I needed anything sprayed inside. I had not seen any bugs so it didn’t need spraying. He was polite and a good worker

Appointment was scheduled very quickly - on the first date I was available. David came exactly at the beginning of the appointment time window, he explained clearly what he was doing, what we could do to reduce attracting pests, and what we should do going forward. He explained how to contact them in case pests re-appeared.

Service is great - technician Donny Moss is always on-time, thorough, and very professional and courteous.

Robert Haynes was very polite and continues to maintain our home pest free.
