Carl Dwyer came out and treated my home. He arrived promptly and was very polite. He inquired about the specific problem we were having and did a very thorough job. Thank you Carl for taking care of our pest problem!

Gerard did a great job today. He was very professional and took the time time to thoroughly explain the baiting stations. After he left, I promptly received a phone call to schedule a followup service.

I noticed beetles crawling all over the tree in the front yard, and immediately called Bulwark. They had a technician to our house the very next day. Kyle was young but knowledgeable, answering all of my questions.

Tim Edwards from Bulwark come to my home today to treat a mole/vole problem in my backyard. Tim is punctual, professional, and friendly. During his visit, we determined that the moles/voles were coming from an adjacent neighbor's yard. As a result, I referred my neighbor to Tim. I highly recommend Bulwark and have been a customer for 9+ years. I know that Tim will resolve this problem!

Tyler E. suggested an alternative treatment because of the threat of rain and listened to my concerns about it needing to be as close to the house as possible due to the presence of honey bees (neighbor has hives). He also treated indoor even though I hadn't pre requested the treatment. We were discussing issues I was having and he offered a different bait solution than what has been tried in the past.

Mark Jarvis is our usual teach and he's very friendly. Always asking if everything is ok and will address any trouble areas no questions.

Came out to spray. Had to do a free follow-up after 2 wks due to additional bugs showing up. That cleared the issue.

I use Bulwark regularly for pest control services and had a service a few weeks ago... Needless to say that with the wet and muggy weather lately, I noticed three mounds while mowing last night, which were not there last week when I mowed. I have a dog and so this is an issue for her well-being! As I was on the phone with Bulwark trying to schedule an appointment, I saw the truck go down the street. Bulwark texted the tech regarding my issue and Marcello graciously agreed to treat the mounds... And it was already going for 7:00 PM... I am sure he wanted to get home and relax after a busy day!!! Thank you Marcello! You are the BEST!!! I do pay every other month, but last night was at no additional charge... just to be clear.
