Description of Work: We are very happy with Bulwark technician, Ben Sykora. We have used Bulwark Exterminating for a few years now trying to eliminate an pesky ant problem in our home. Since we began with Bulwark we have seen fewer and fewer ants and now it seems like the area is confined to one location in the kitchen. Ben goes above and beyond to explain the steps that he takes and the products that he is using. Before Ben we had a series of other Bulwark technicians who didn't do the job that Ben does. Bulwark is lucky to have him as an employee!

Description of Work: They completed interior and exterior pest control treatment through a Big Deal. I am not too happy with the experience. Before they came, they tried to push me to purchase a contract with them. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. I have learned that with a lower cost, the service is of minimal service and quality. The system they use does not work well. The service was not well and I have used better service.
