Description of Work: We had a HUGE ant problem this spring. We purchased the angie's list special and they were there within a few days. A few days later we had recurring ants and they returned immediately to treat. Other than one no show they were very prompt, professional and efficient. I will definitely have them out again!!

Description of Work: Sean did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and polite. I highly recommend Bulwark and will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: Called in to confirm and they couldn't find my appointment. Tried to sell me on a monthly agreement. When the guy came out he also wanted me to sign an agreement - even after I had told them I didn't want it.

Description of Work: I thought they were going to spray around the perimeter of the house for termites, but all they did was insert about 15-20 "traps" in the ground surrounding the house. Each trap is 4 inches wide, black plastic. I would have liked to be consulted on where they were placed as they put one smack in the middle of the grass, just off my patio where there is no way to hide it. Not the most asthetically pleasing things. Apparently, they will come back quarterly to check the traps and ensure we still don't have termites. I never saw them check for evidence of termites when they came out, but have to assume that's a part of the process. They never entered the home to inspect it, which is different than other termite companies also.

Description of Work: They inspected my crawl space for termites and planted termite traps around my home. They said this includes one year of trap monitoring.

Description of Work: Still have ants. He tried to get rid of them. However, the only time I got rid of ants was to climb all the way under my house found the ft. high ant colony sprayed them and got rid of them for 5 yrs. I am 74 yr. old grandmother. Getting too old to do that, but I might do it again. I give up on exterminators who are afraid to do what I have done.

Description of Work: I purchased the Bulwark Angie's List termite prevention package. Since I was not able to get off from work to be here for the inspection and set up of the prevention package. I asked them if they could call my daughter, who had agreed to be here to assist them during the inspection and installation of traps. They were very cooperative and said they would call my daughter 15 minutes before they arrived. They held to their word, contacted her, and were punctual. Fortunately, upon inspection there were no signs of termites and they put the traps in around the house. They left all the paper work including a diagram of where the traps were located with my daughter. She said they were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Took a while to get appt set--contact was fast via Email but not so much via phone when time to set. I'd email, they'd email back with phone # to call. I'd call, leave message and wait. Went on for a couple of times but eventually we made contact and set appt. | |Tech came out on time, did internal spray, outside perimeter as well. Activity of spiders and earwigs did calm down after a few days. (Technician did say a few would creep up to die now that they've been sprayed and that happened as well). | |I was bug free for a few days however within a week I was fighting ants inside again in same area and still wasps and bees around the doors. I contacted and they immediately responded via Email to call and schedule a reset. They came back out few days later; my husband answered door and Tech told him he was there to respray. I ran downstairs to put on shoes when they arrived. I came back up within moments to talk to them about what they were going to do on the re-treatment but they were already gone. Husband said they did something around the deck doors that said they'd take care of the wasps and bees, then left. Entire second visit was maybe 3-5 minutes and all outside. | |I waited another week but the bee/wasp activity seemed to increase and ants still crawling across the coffee table at random. I finally did research online and went to Home Depot to get something for the ants and bees and wasps. Within 3 days, dead bees dead on deck and activity greatly reduced. Ants are also gone. | |I rate a B because they were nice, first technician was professional and explained what he was doing, minimal disturbance. As well I haven't seen spiders and only a couple other creatures so it did help some, whatever they did. However, I wish the respray was more thorough, effective and explained and perhaps more organized contact.
