Description of Work: Bulwark was on time (within given time range), courteous, and very informative. I felt confident in what they were doing and that it would help. After application, we noticed an immediate improvement in the number of bugs we saw in our home. After two weeks now, we have seen an almost 100% improvement- almost zero bugs at all anymore! And that includes a decrease in outside bugs as well. Very satisfied and I like the fact that we can call them back in a 60-day window after service to reapply if needed.

Description of Work: TREATED WHOLE HOUSE INSIDE & OUTSIDE. TREATMENT WENT WELL, HAVE SEEN ONLY A FEW ANTS & COCKROACHES SINCE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. IF NECESSARY WILL SCHEDULE RE-TREATMENT WITHIN 60 DAY CONTRACT TERM.

Description of Work: They were to do a pest treatment but it wasn't done well and certainly wasn't effective. When they called to follow up I told them that I wasn't pleased and they said someone would come back out, but I never saw anyone nor any sign of additional treatment. Have not heard back from them. I bought spray at Home Depot and have been doing bi-weekly treatments on my own.

Description of Work: The job entailed surrounding the house with termite stations, replacing the ones that were already there. First, rather than replace the old ones, he left them and put in new ones, leaving me to remove the old ones. Second, the old ones were all flush with the ground, but several of the new ones stick (or stuck) up 2 inches or more. This is because we have some rocky sections, and unlike the previous technician, this one did not have the patience to fully seat the stations. The guy was nice and friendly, and on-time. It is not yet time for the first check of the baited stations, so I can not comment further.

Description of Work: Their technician came to the house and "sprayed" inside and out to set up a barrier for insects and other bugs. Then he did a hard sell on quarterly spraying, which I decided to sign up for. | |It's now July. We've been killing insects inside the house on a regular basis since a week after the treatment. When I called their office, the operator explained that "sometimes bugs get caught in the house. That's normal." Maybe she forgot that he sprayed inside the house, too? | |Very disappointed in the service and will not let them do the treatment they scheduled in the fall. Next time I'll go with a better known firm.
