Description of Work: Indoor perimeter treatment, called back twice because of continued ant issues. | |Was not happy after first 3 months, came back treated property and left a bill on my backyard when I did not approve them to return. I said I would call them i n a few days to let them know if I wanted to continue the treatment plan, before I could call back they already sent a technician to treat property and left a bill. | |I was automatically enrolled in a every 2 month treatment plan.

Description of Work: I have always used pest control service with annual contract. I have never seen any pest around my house. This year I have decided to go with this provider and took Angies deal for spider problem. After the service in 2 weeks I have still saw all spiders around the house so I called them again they came & did again pest control. The person came was very nice (both times) did his job but my problem of spiders was not resolved. When I called them they were asking for annual contract. But since I have not seen any changes of my current situation I was not happy.

Description of Work: Service was rendered the day originally planned - sprayed for general pests in kitchen, laundry and 3 bathrooms - treated the entire outside house perimeter for pests - discovered a major fire ant area and "baited the nest" and also treated the many scrubs for the spiders and pests. |Explained their many treatment options but there was no pressure to make a decision that day. We will have them return every 6 months. (Esp - if we get the same employee who was professional & courteous!)
