Description of Work: They were very considerate and professional. The customer service was great. Unfortunately, after 2 visits I still found just as many ants and silverfish as I did before the treatments. Perhaps my area is just a difficult area, but we were not impressed. Under the "warranty" the company would come back and spray if you saw any creatures within 30 days after a treatment. After 3 applications, I didn't bother to call for a follow up. I have young children and did not want to repeatedly expose them to potential toxins. As I said, the customer service was great, but the product did not work for my house

Description of Work: First appointment was set but not completed, was not communicated with me, the purchaser. Instead, I found out from the occupant at the residence we own for which the service was scheduled. I called to reschedule and then job was completed. However, the ants returned after treatment. Bulwark returned again and this time treatment seemed to be effective. My renter felt the overall service was not done thoroughly the first time and I felt the communication should have been better.

Description of Work: They came and performed the expected service (insect treatment). I needed to call them back for an additional treatment. They were very prompt and courteous each time.

Description of Work: Sprayed inside and out for pest control. I now have them come out on a monthly basis for insect control and they are always punctual and professional and have greatly controlled our bug population!

Description of Work: Initial pest control - inside an out. They called and scheduled with me almost immediately. The individual who came out to the house explained all the chemicals and procedures before applying. We discussed problems we are currently seeing and he addressed those. Very professional.

Description of Work: They came to spray for bugs. The only thing I was disappointed in was, I was home one day when they came and they were here and gone in 10 min. How do you do a really good job in such a short time. So for 79.00 for 4 treatments I felt they could have looked around a bit to make sure all my ant hills and any other bugs lurking around were taken care of. I did treat a lot of ant hills myself this summer. But they always called and were very professional.

Description of Work: They always phone to let me know when they are coming. They remember to close our gates as we have dogs. They are on time and polite and always do a fine job.

Description of Work: I am on a plan where they come out 4 times a year and exterminate. They knock down spider webs and wasp nests. Once I saw a roach inside. I called and they were out the next day to spray again.

Description of Work: Sept 27th was the last in the 6 month mosquito spraying program for the year. They use a sticky spray to attach to the entire leaf surface, not just the tops. I can certainly see the difference than before we started the monthly sprays. If you like to enjoy your yard, I would highly recommend this service.

Description of Work: Bait system installed. Technician was friendly, but very little communication. Granted, I did have carpet installation going on at the same time INSIDE my home, but the guy left without saying a word when finished... I thought that was very strange. Nor do I know if they just come back out at their convenience every quarter to check the bait station, or if that's something I have to schedule. Poor communication, otherwise fine.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for a one time extermination visit, was contacted right away and able to schedule. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, but it was what happened the day of service that makes this rating a C. My appointment window was 8-10am, I was in the home until 7:30 at which time I had a family member arrive to wait for the appointment. I received a call that no one had shown up, so we called the office and were told the tech had been at the house at 8am, had called my cell phone, rang the doorbell and knocked on the door and then left. We were accused of not answering the phone and having the television on too loud to hear the door. I had my phone on my person the entire time and missed no calls, and the house did not have a TV so that wasn't the case either. We were told they could come back between 5-7pm, then a return call stated the technician was on the way. He showed up, sprayed inside, proceeded out to the garage and was never heard from again. Look outside, he had left without saying a word.
