Description of Work: I bought their termite package, indoor outdoor pest prevention pkg, and their mosquito pkg. Their employees were fine. Their billing department continually makes mistakes on their billing. Billing for things that were covered in the pkg deal that was paid for through Pay Pal.

Description of Work: Ater I purchased the Angie's list, they told me they had already been here but I didn't know that. They did not come in the house, but then billed me the regualar price. They said they did the outside. HOWEVER, I called them and they agreed to return and do the service for the Angie's list which I had paid for. So they were true to their word. They did a good job.
