They are very good. I think their pricing was good. Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge are all good. The effectiveness of treatment is good because I haven’t had any problems after that. They have always been responsive and they showed up when they said they would. I would use their services again in the future.

They do a fine job. They call and let me know when they are coming so I can tell them to address any issues that I may be having. They do call and they do come when they call. They just come and do their job and it works and I don't have pests.

They come out four times a year. If I have any other problems they come as soon as I call and spray. The price is right and they use non chemical solutions instead of chemicals. It seems to work pretty well because whenever they spray for fire ants it gets clear in a couple of days.

They usually come within 48 hours after we call. They usually come reasonably quick, but sometimes not as quick as we would want. We really can't complain. She always checks to see what his route is and if he is in the area he could come later that day and other times it could be the next day or the following day. It depends on which route he is on. We have an annual contract with them for termite and general pest. When they come out to do the ants there is no extra charge. They are very pleasant to work with. If we've had issues they are very responsive and will come right back out to take care of the problem. They are good about calling if a job is going to make them late for coming. Their prices are comparable. We will definitely continue to use them.

They come out every two months. They come out and do what they have to do. They are pretty punctual and prompt.

We have an ongoing contract with them. Their charges are on a bi-monthly basis. I think they could improve on their punctuality and professionalism. They are due next in February. I will use them till the time the contract runs out.

I've only had a few problems every now and then. Other then that, it's been non eventful. They do what they are supposed to do, and that's it. I don't usually see any bugs, so that's a good thing.

They were good to use as I have problems with chemicals and they are almost a green industry. There was not harmful chemicals to my birds and other pets.

I have a problem, certain times of year, with rodents getting into the house. When I call them & let them know I need them to help me with this and also inform the technician of this when they come out, sometimes they won't do it. I've never had any problems with the treatment that they have provided but sometimes they won't do what I ask them to do.

I haven't seen any bugs in the past year, so I think it's working good. The cost listed is what I pay per visit.

It's usually the same person that comes out, he's very nice. I wish he would ask if there's any current issues with bugs, but he doesn't. They treat the outside of the house only.

Bulwark treated our house five times for the wrong issue (bed bugs, when turned out to be chiggers). Bulwark had recommended and had no problem treating ?10 times, if necessary?. The true problem (chiggers) was suggested correctly by Orkin on their first (free) diagnostic visit. Orkin was our last resort, when Bulwark?s further treatment(s) seemed not only ineffective, but as we were very concerned, potentially hazardous to our two-year old?s (and our own) health. Two years and two carpet steam cleanings later, we can still smell the ?safe? bed bug treatments, when the air conditioner is off. Bulwark did let us out of the contract with no penalties, but would not refund the $200 originally paid, nor remedy wrong treatments in any other ways. The technicians were friendly and pleasant, just wish they would correctly diagnose the problem and not unnecessarily dump the chemicals on our carpets, mattresses, curtains, etc. We would not recommend this company.

Great! I told George that someone had been out to spray for bugs a couple of weeks ago but that I was still seeing ants outside on my deck and near my laundry room door. He didn't have the right product in his truck to help me (he deals with termites only) but said he would come back at the end of the day and take care of it for me. I also asked him about a bill I had received that didn't make sense. He called and explained that there was a computer glitch and I was actually getting a credit from Bulwark, not a bill. George always calls on his way and takes the time to answer any questions I have. Anytime I have a question or need to have someone come out to spray- I consistently get excellent service!

They always call before they come and warn us to keep our pets inside, not only for the period of time that they are here, but also for an hour or so afterward. They are always very polite. When I am at home, they knock on the door and let me know that they are here, and they also do that when they leave. I have had very good experiences with them.

I've used Bulwark for a couple of years and they are always very efficient from the receptionist to the tech, but I wanted to give accolades to the gentleman who took care of my ant problem today. Wills was truly great, very frendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. Excellent customer service, and I haven't seen an ant since. Thanks Wills.

Over all I've been with this company about two years. The first couple of experiences I was extremely happy regarding the quality of the services. Lately not quite the same attention to detail. They were coming to put down ant treatment. It rained the day of the treatment yet still put it down...it was liquid. When I called about it I was told that they put down granular and the rain wouldn't make a difference. I saw what they put down and it was a spray liquid. So I waited to see what would happen. I still had the ant problem and had to call for re-treatment. They scheduled me within a week and came out again but didn't put down the treatment they were suppose to as it was due to rain the next day. They stated they would be back in a week to put down the treatment but didn't return until I called about it. I would expect better follow through.

We called Bulwark when we had a problem with ants and millipedes inside our house. They walked around our yard with us and proposed a monthly treatment. We have used them for two years now and are extremely pleased. Their monthly service keeps the bugs from getting into the house to begin with. At one time we did have a problem with ants coming in and they came and treated the inside and outside again at no additional charge.

Not very good! We paid for services that never happened. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

It all started when a young man was canvassing the neighborhood to see if any neighbors did not have a pest control company but may have a pest problem they would like to discuss and possibly have treated. We were busy at the time but asked him if he could come back later. He came back that same day at the designated time and we walked the yard with him discussing our concerns. I checked Angie's List after he left and found many positive reports so we hired Bulwark and have not been disappointed.

It is good. They are always professional, they always let me know they are here or they leave a note for me on the door. I have been using their services for the last seven years now.

I have been satisfied with their service. They communicate well, and work with my schedule. Their price is fair.

Apparently, every ant in Mecklenburg County thinks my house is a spa resort. With the drought, we have a contract with Bulwark, so they visit every other month for a fixed amount. The best part is, if you need them to return before their next appointment, they'll do it for FREE. We called them yesterday, they were here this morning. They stated they would be here between 8 - 10 this morning: they arrived by 8 and were gone by 8:30, having done everything they needed to do.

I wanted to switch companies a few treatments into the service. I learned I was locked in by an annual agreement. I wasn't happy, but I decided to fulfill the contract then switch. I finished the the year and initiated another contract with another company. Bulwark serviced me again after the contract ended. I called and they said there was still a 60 day written cancellation policy in effect. It's apparently somewhere in the small print. Long story short they have suckered my into another $130 I wasn't planning on paying.

Spoke with Derrick, and Maurice came out the next day. After dealing with other services who require you work on their schedule, it was a great relief to hear them say that they would work around my schedule. Maurice came at 7:00 p.m. Very pleasant and professional. Did a great job for a fair price. We signed up for regular service. Highly recommend.

Bulwark's prices for pest control and termite management were far above the others. I was pleased with their customer service, their professionalism, and prices. Would definitely recommend.
