Bulwark Exterminating - Charlotte

Started as a disaster but the company worked with me and we got everything handled. They listened to me on my requirements and I believe going forward I will not have any problems. If you have the proper technician (Brandon) the job is handled professionally and correctly. He is so professional, responsive, and I could go on and on but I think you get the point, and he really knows what he is doing. Thank you for working with us to make this a overall great experience.

I am satisfied with them. I am pleased with their service. They come in and introduce themselves to me before they start to work and that’s really a nice thing. I am pleased with their quality. I can't rate them on price as i have nothing to compare with.

I don't know if they do general pests. I've been very happy with their service. They are due to come in two weeks for my check. They come four times a year for a termite check. We have it worked out so that they take the payment monthly. It's a monthly thing that comes out of my credit card. They change their prices all the time from year to year. The initial start up fee when they put the termite traps and baits was $360. That was for installing a year's worth of monitoring. They have been very on top of the termite control. When they have found termites in the traps they have been very proactive about coming back and digging around the outside of my home and putting some kind of pesticide that will protect the home. There was no charge for that since that was all part of the service. They've just been really good about coming every three months and checking those traps, changing them out and monitoring the situation. They've been proactive about treating when they feel that it needs done. They are very reasonable.

I've been using them for 1 1/2 years. I am on a bi-weekly type of thing and it is about $65 a month. Their customer service stands out. When they show up at the door I feel like a million bucks. There are only about two or three companies that I would rave about and they are one of them. They put on the boots and they make me feel comfortable. They will come back if I want them to. They treat me with respect. It is like an old time type of customer service. They are a national chain but they make me feel like they are a small company. I’ve never checked pricing anywhere else because of the service. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They have a yearly contract where they come out six times within that contract, but if you want you can just call them to come out whenever you need them, without a contract.

Their price is average. I would use them again in the future.

They are fine. They are mostly outside so I don't see them.

I like them very, very much. They call me and tell me when they are coming. They are here at the time they said they would come. I like the service very much, it's reasonable.

It’s a little early to tell how they’re doing yet, since I’ve only had them once, but that one experience was a good one. The technicians were very punctual, professional, and they really know their business.

My neighbors first recommended Bulwark to me and we have been using them for the last three years. We are satisfied with their service and I will continue to use them in the future.

We have a monthly contract with them. They are very responsive. They call before they come. It is a seamless process. We have been using them for at least five years.

Bullwark Exterminating LLC I have been using Bullwark Exterminating, for 2 years now.

I have an annual contract with them so they come and spray once every two or three months. They do a pretty good job and they are great. It is a scheduled service. I haven’t had any pests so that means they are good. They call ahead and tell you when they are going to be there. They show up when they say they are going to be.

I felt like they had a good price for the services that they provided. They come out as often as you need, but we use them on a quarterly basis.

I am on an annual contract with them and I think their monthly pricing is excessive. They always spray the outside but only spray the inside if you request it. They do not call ahead to confirm their appointment but for the moment I will use them again in the future.

I have had three other pest-control companies that I have used and Bullwark Exterminating I have kept for longer than a year. It has been taking a while to adjust to what needs to be done to my property. They are the only ones that are more effective.

They are great and offer good customer service. They are very responsive and they have offered me a very good comprehensive of what my options are. I was also very pleased with their thorough explanation of the chemicals they use since I have a pet. They made sure that I was well aware of the impact of what they were doing and how it could affect my pet. The price reflects bi-monthly service and is very reasonable. I was also very happy that they dropped the first cost of the first assessment since I was flexible with the date.

They will do extra treatment on our request if we have any particular complaints like ants in the garage or something, and it is no extra money and just part of the service. The only complaint I have got with them is that it is a different technician every time but it doesn't really matter as long as they know what they are doing. They get the job done. They call two days ahead of time and they come out and do it. They are always here when they say they are going to be here, and they do a thorough job. They are good. We will continue to use their services unless something goes wrong.

They are always on time and very consistent.

It went good and they are punctual. They always have a good schedule and maintain those schedules. If you are not happy with their spraying of pesticides they will come back out and do it again. I will use them again in the future. They are a good reliable company.

They come and just do the outside, so we don’t have to be here. They send the bill by mail. They do a good job. The price is not bad. We would continue to use them in the future.

I have been using Bulwark for the last year and a half and I am very satisfied. I talked my girl friend into using them when she got ants in her house. She has had to call them out a few times because the ants appeared on the outside of her house a couple of weeks after the first treatment. We haven't seen anything in the house since the first treatment. She has found ants on the outside of the house a few times. When she calls to tell them, someone is back out within a week. The explained that it could be mulitple colonies of ants near by and it could take a few treatments to get rid fo them. I have found the occaisional spider in my house but it is usually near time for the next treatment. I also have a doggie door that is probably the reason. Overall, I am very satisfied from the service and will suggest them to anyone.

When we moved into our tree surrounded home in 2008, I started seeing cockroaches and other bugs. I tried the sprays that stores sell, but no luck. I called Bulwark and they came out and sprayed in the walls of our home, filled holes under the sink and looked for other potential areas bugs could be getting in. I have a service plan with them and still use them on a regular basis. They come out every other month and spray the exterior of our home to keep the "bulwark" around our home to keep bugs out. If I ever see a cockroach or any bugs in our home that are still alive, I call Bulwark and have them come spray inside the home at no additional cost. This is a service that I will never let go of - I can't stand bugs in my home :) Even when I see flies, the next day I find them dead. It's great. Bulwark does an excellent job and are very informative when I have questions or concerns.

They also take care of spiders for us. We use them every other month. They don't call for appointments. Their job is to create a barrier against things getting in. They just come and do their job and leave us a bill. If there is a special problem they would do extra work for us. They would even come out on a Saturday if we need them. The technicians are very nice and very polite.
