They did very well and I was pleased with it. The Angie's list coupon was I think $69 may be. I would use them again in the future.

After the deal, we went with them for a bi-monthly service. Our last appointment date was two weeks ago. It is sixty dollars every two months. The work went well. We don't have to be there when they come and that is a good thing. They used products that are pet friendly. We had a couple of issues and they came out straight away. Their customer service is good. They are very responsive.

It turned out good. They actually did two jobs for me. They came to the house and they evidently checked the trash because they put a note in the door and I was home I don't know why they didn't ring the door bell in and give it to me. On the note it said we will be back in next month for courtesy so I have going to try wait until that courtesy before I give him a review, but so far it has been excellent other than the last time, when they didn't ring the door bell. They want me to be here when they do the inspection. There was little miscommunication I called them and said you know it was Angie's list big deal and it was for one year I don't expect to pay it every three months. They are pretty good because I didn't have to do any shopping around, when they try to renew it. I would use them again.

They were very courteous in scheduling; very professional when they showed up to provide service.

Overall they provided me an excellent service.

Ben did a fine job. He was punctual and respectful, both times he came to my home. However, when this appointment was set up I spoke with someone at the office to request a refund. I told him that after two times of having someone spray inside and outside we were still having a problem with earwigs. He told me that he would issue a refund, but he still wanted to send someone out to spray again. I told him that was fine, but I didn't want the two guys who were sent the second time. (I don't have their names, but the guy who was supposed to spray outside just stood by the truck and randomly sprayed pesticides all over my front yard and into one of our trees. It wasn't until he caught me watching him that he stopped. And even then he still didn't spray the exterior until the guy who was spraying inside was done and went outside to find out why he wasn't finished.) After waiting more than a week for a refund my husband called the company to find out why we haven't received anything yet. He was by the lady who answered the phone that she would have to send a message to the person who handles the Angie's List accounts and that he would get back to us. It has been more than a week and we haven't heard back. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

It went well. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time - early, actually. The service guy was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. It didn't take long for him to complete the work and he didn't need to come inside. I can't yet vouch for how the follow-up visits will go, but so far, so good. The girl on the phone seemed kinda confused about the details, both times I called, which is why I gave them a B grade on professionalism. But they were certainly pleasant.

Brandon was prompt, very courteous and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. I highly recommend him and Bulwark.

Very professional job. Thoroughly inspected the entire home. Fortunately, no termites were found. They installed bait stations around the home and will be back in three months to inspect for "hits."

They treated outside of house for insects and we have experienced very few insect since then. They left mouse traps that we used successfully.

The Bulwark representative arrived on time. He assessed the situation and listened to our concerns. He explained what he was going to do and he did it. Great job!

Wasn't too impressed just came in and sprayed windows and outside. Not sure what all was to be done just felt it would be more of an inspection along with it.

Excellent! I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. In addition to the normal treatment, I had a pest issue in my pantry. These guys spent the time to specially treat and address this problem, at no additional charge. I am a fan for life, and can not recommend them more!

It was fine. They were good to work with. The person that came out was friendly the whole time. I am happy with the overall service.

So far so good. We saw a few gnatlike bugs in our den and have not seen any problems. Bulwark's office and technician told me if I see any bugs, to call them so they can come out and do another treatment for the yearly quarter at no charge. We have signed up for four treatments a year because they say they stand behind their services. The company appears to be professional and indeed service oriented.

Service went well. Did not want routine maintenance.

Arrived late; rushed through the job, and attempted to charge me for a long term contract, which I clearly communicated I did not want.

I am satisfied with everything and must wait to see the results over the next couple of months.

They did a great job and I will have them back to do some more work. Corey Linker who did the service did a really good job, and was very knowledgable.

I was seeing ants in the house and came across Angie's special deal for Bulwark Exterminating. I purchased the deal because the price was right to give a company I hadn't used before a try. I was quickly contacted and an appointment was made within a few days' time for a technician to come out. The technician did what I felt to be a thorough treatment inside and outside my house. However, after a week, I continued to see live ants, so I called Bulwark and told them what I was seeing. They arranged to send a 2nd technician out right away. Then a 3rd treatment was needed a week after that (ants are persistent critters!), so 3 treatements altogether. And I was told by the 3rd technician to be sure and call if I continued to see live ants, that the company would send someone out as "long as it took." Fortunately, the 3rd treatment seems to have taken care of the problem. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and would definitely use Bulwark's again.
