I had no problem scheduling an appointment. The technician was very nice and did what he said he would do. He did a great job.

The young man sent to do the job was not aware of the "Angie's List Deal" special and was just going to do the basic one-time service. I had to show him the voucher so that he knew what he was to do. I told him I was having a problem with pantry moths and that problem still exists after the treatment.

They came owut 1 time but they wanted to keep coming out. They were very persistant. They would call and leave a message that they were coming out on this day - when I wasn't even home! They did this two times, and finally I had to call them and tell them to stop contacting me. I didn't like that.

Bulwark solved the bug problem. I did bombs from the inside, and they sprayed around the house every monthso that nothing came back in. Excellent. I have zero tolerance for bugs. Zero. love Bulwark. Though the appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, the service person arrived at 8am. When he was told that he was not expected until much later, he apologized and volunteered to come back at originally scheduled time. However due to rain delaying checking on work with the HVAC person already at my house, it worked out for him to do the inside dust in wall voids and then come back later to do outside work. When he came back, I was impressed he had taken one of the webbed bug cases back to his office, where it had been identified as a moth case. The reason for the sudden heavy appearance of these made sense once I knew what they were, as I had recently added all night lighting on outside of house, which logically would attract moths. The gentleman who did the work was efficient and personable.

I had a contract with them. They are my exterminator for preventive things around my house. I have extreme fear of rodents but I am near woods and water so I have a problem with that. I can call them anytime and they always come by to put traps for me. I get quality service from them.

They made the appointment, came on the day they scheduled, called when they arrived and did a good job.

Technician arrived on a very cold morning and used a spray in and around the outside of the house. I questioned whether this would work or not and was told this is what they do. Then, when the technician finished, I provided a check and that was it, until...I received a bill a week later. I contacted the office telling them I paid the technician and they said they had to evidence of check given. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the call was done.

It went really well. The provided the service a week after I purchased the big deal and I signed up for a maintenance plan with them. They did not charge me any extra on top of the big deal, just for the plan going forward. They were on time and they were efficient. They were friendly and they did the job quickly.

He was very professional and friendly and the bugs are all gone.

It went pretty well. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

I was happy with them and their work. I had to stop using their service though, because when I paid for a service, I wanted both inside and outside treatments. The guy always came when I was not home. I let him know what days I would be home and to have them come out when. The guy would come over and leave something in the mailbox saying I was not home, when I was. Sometimes also they would show up before the appointments too. It is a good business and the manager contacted me several times he could never get that rectified. I was happy with the managers responsiveness.

It went well, the gentleman was socialable without being intrusive, he was open to questions, and was very knowledgeable on his trade. He had no hesitation when I mentioned the warranty. He said if I see anything, or even smell anything foul that they will have someone come right out. the initial scheduling was great it was within a few days at most after connecting with Garret. As stated above, as long as I see no creepy crawlers I will continue to have my home serviced by this company.

We use Bulwark Exterminating-Charlotte for the bug service. They come every two months. They call at time to schedule the appointment. Also if you have any issues in the interim, they are more than happy to come out. Like this summer we had ants and so we called them in between visits and they will come out. They come out in the time as you need it, like in our drive way work we get ants out there a lot, so they will come out and retreat I guess or whatever they do. They are very environmentally friendly too. All grades are an 'A'. I am going to continue using them in the future.

It turned out great. I think they came out sometime in the spring. This is the first year after they came that we have not seen any ants. They were great.

They were very quick to set up a day to come out. I bought the special offer on Angie's List for $69 & got my money's worth & more. Since our only problem was a recent spate of cockroaches, shiver!, I did not require treatment for other pests -- but they were thorough in talking about it to be sure. The house was sprayed inside & out, and as they warned, we did see 2 more over the next week, but since then have had no problems at all. They were prompt, pleasant, polite, and did a great job. Will definitely call them again.

My experience with Bulwark Exterminating was fine. I just got a little frustrated with them because they would call and tell me they had to be set up for a certain appointment without calling me first to see when was good. I know the one time when I told them that I had to call them back with a better time they went out anyway and treated. My concern was that part of the time I was working night shift and didn't want to be disturbed and the other part was about my dog. I was concerned about him because they usually told me that it took about 45 minutes to an hour for the treatment to dry before my dog could go in the yard and I was worried if I didn't know when they were coming out my dog could have been exposed to the chemicals. Mostly for scheduling reasons and difficulties I ended up switching. I still had problems with pests in the house even after they treated.

It turned out good. The price was a good deal. I would use them again.

They were only there about 10 minutes so I don't know how they could have done the whole thing in 10 minutes. I was going to ask him some questions but he was already gone. I wasn't really sure whether they did a good job or not.

The job was okay. I don’t have any type of manifestation lately but there was a misunderstanding because they showed up again I think 3 months later and they told me that they are there to do the job. I told them that I don’t understand and they said that the deal was that I need to continue the service with them. I said I don’t think so and I was little disappointed on that part. They tried to enforce the service like there was a contract. The price of the deal was excellent. Everything was perfect until they showed up to do the service again. The product and service was fine. It looked like nobody talked to each other.

The service man arrived on time. He treated the house inside and out. I have had no complaints since.

They did preventative work to keep bugs out of the house. We used an Angie's List coupon.
