The provider was very good at explaining what he was doing. He did a very good job. He did exactly what the deal specified.

wife was there for interior. She said it was fine. He came out for exterior later, told him we had a hornet problem. He was VERY knowledgeable and we found out there were cicada hornets, harmless but he sprayed anyway.

I bought a deal on Angie's list for pest prevention treatment and was very disappointed in both the services provided and customer service. A service person came out first if all 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and left a note on the door that most of the treatment was completed. However, it appears that nothing was done and the spraying was clearly done halfway. The spider webs and wasp nests were not removed and when I pointed it out to the serviceman he said he would fix that but never did. Then I called to get bulwark to have someone else to do the work that should have been done but they did not call 30 minutes beforehand as promised when I scheduled the appointment. I reached back out to reschedule but no one returned my call. In the meantime I have noticed cockroaches right outside of my front door just a few weeks after the "treatment". I just am very disappointed with the service and customer service.

That was great. They were fine. They were treating for ants. They were at my home for maybe an hour.

They did a good job and were professional. They got the job done in about 30 minutes and they were very fast. The scheduling was good.

So far, so good. They're treating for spiders, Palmetto bugs and the outside as well. All together, they've done 2 treatments, but we're considering them for more.

The service worked out fine. They treated for spiders and fruit flies both in the interior and exterior. They came back to do some retreating. They responded very quickly to my call.

Provided service as requested. The trouble began a month later. We received a call from them and they assumed that we agreed to have them return in 30 days to retreat the yard. We told them we did not agree to that and not to send anyone. The next day a guy showed up to spray the yard. I sent him away. I don't know if they will try to bill me but I will not recomend that anyone use them in the future.

Very nice guy came here and did the work. But we still have a bunch of insets, croachs, spiders and other little things outside and inside our home. We need to contract other company to do this again.

They were really thorough and explained what they were doing. The guy was really pleasant. They were easy to schedule with and they showed up on time.

They were very knowledgeable and caring. Any issues we were having with insects they addressed and explained everything I needed to do to assure we never had any insect issues. It is nice to know that they care for their cliants so much. Bulwark evan called a few days later to see if I was having any further issues.

They did a great job. We called them back because there was a heavy rain after they did the service that washed some of the treatment away. They came right back and re-did everything with no questions. They have been fantastic. Their service is guaranteed for 60 days. It was a great deal and they took care of our ant problem. We were extremely happy with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I wasn't there but was told it all went fine.

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Howeve, I have still found live bugs in our house since the service but certainly fewer than before it. I would still use them again.

We are very disappointed with Bulwark. Not only did what they sprayed work for less than a month to deter ants, palmetto bugs, spiders etc in subsequent calls they were very hard to get on the phone, did not come out when they said they would to take care of the problem of the bugs returning, and also, when we contacted them a third time for a mouse and ants issue, the ants were back within a month and the mice never left. We will not be using this service. The call center operators are not professional--at least the ones I spoke with. They seemed to be more interested in getting me to sign up for additional yearly contract services, and it appears as though, in our case, the product they sprayed was not effective. Additionally, we asked that they call us ahead of time due to our infant and pet, and they did not do this. Perhaps we just had a couple of bad experiences, but we will be utilizing a different provider in the future.

They were responsive and my appointment was scheduled within 24 hrs of when I purchased the big deal. Someone came out a few days later. He was prompt and very nice. I had quite a few spiders outside and he removed them and their webs.

The exterminator came on time, was friendly, professional, and fast. We had been having a problem with ants for weeks. Literally within the first couple of days, they were completely gone. Very satisfied!

They were able come out within a few days of purchasing the deal. It was a good experience.

It worked amazingly well. We were told that if we saw any activity to just call back. We did once and they came the very next day and solved the problem. We were and are very impressed with professionalism. Signed a one year contract and feel confident all will go well.

They seemed very nice on the phone and seemed like they wanted to help but they would never call me back. Poor communication. No work was performed.

Thank you for bringing Brandon back to our area. He does an outstanding job and never have to worry about service performed. Brandon goes above and beyond and I am totally appreciative of his care, professionalism and knowledge of pest control.

A representative called me just a few days after I purchased the deal and set up an appointment time and promised to call me again and send me some information via email. I never received another call or an email. I contacted them through Angie's List again to reschedule and received a response that someone would call me. I have contacted them through Angie's List 3 additional times and each time have received a response that someone would be in touch. It's been almost a month since I purchased "the deal" so today I'm requesting a refund. I had a voicemail from the provider on 7/22/14 (my last email to them was 7/8/14). He stated that he had left at least 3 voicemails with me but I did not get any of them and I have a security code to access my voicemail so they could not have been deleted by someone else--so, no idea what happened there. However, he did state that the reason they had not performed the service was because they actually do not provide service in my area. Angie's List did say that they served the county I live in but apparently, that was a mistake. I'm leaving the F rating because they had my email address AND the message service through Angie's List so they should have been able to tell me before yesterday that they did not serve my area.
