+ 1 moreRepaired flood light housing OK, and SAID he re-caulked shower floor. I should have gone to look at it before I paid him, I trusted that he did the work. Later I found the caulking was crudely "patched up" in one place (about one foot's worth), but left the rest of the job undone, and left the defective, cracked caulking in place. I called twice and got no return call, finally he answered his phone, said the guy working with him did it and he should have checked his work. He said he stands by his work and will come back and re-do the whole shower base. After that, he stood me up TWICE, with no call or explanation. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel the check.
Description of Work: Handyman items: re-caulk shower, repair flood light housing, and something else I can't remember.

home remodeling
+ -1 moreBrian and his crew totally gutted my master bathroom to prepare for new construction. They had to remove wallboard, plaster, cast tub, tile, concrete and fixtures. They did an excellent job within budget and on time.
Description of Work: Bathroom demolition and removal.
