Auto Magic Mist

I purchased a coupon from one of the big coupon dealers for a full mobile auto detail from Auto Magic Mist. After purchasing the coupon I contacted the company through the directed means to make an appointment. Derick Diaz contacted me through text message to schedule the appointment and told me on the phone that they were giving regular customers preference for schedule and coupon purchasers would have to wait. So I scheduled the appointment on November 8th for December 13th. Over a month away! But I waited patiently. Today, on the day of the detail I get a message saying they would have to reschedule the appointment do to the threat of rain. That was 3 hours ago and it is still not raining. But I understand, so I tried to reschedule the appointment. This is where I ran into the biggest problem with this company. I asked when they would reschedule me for and they wanted to basically send me to the back of the line rather than rescheduling me for later in the week or even the following week. Derek treated me like a second class citizen because I had purchased their advertised coupon. Instead of working out an appointment he suggested that i just seek a refund from the coupon company. What a waste of time! As a business owner myself, I was quite taken back! That was not the customer service I had hoped for. Unfortunately this company has lost my business. I hope if you choose to use them that your experience is better.
