Jim Firth came out to look at my kitchen and give me an estimate. Not only did he give me an estimate, he gave me awesome ideas to make my kitchen look even better within the context of the refacing, etc. Jim really has a vision for how a kitchen can look. He promised me when they finished I would be extremely happy. That was an understatement! I was overwhelmed and did not recognized my kitchen. All this work was done in 1.5 days with no clean-up on my part. The crew that installed the countertop was extremely professional and just nice guys. Paul Breze, the cabinet installed has an unbelievable gift and is a total perfectionist. Unfortunately, I had a slight medical emergency during his part of the installation and he went way out of his way to help me and make sure things were finished on time. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Everyone of the installers was on time and called to confirm the date, time, etc. I would recommend them highly to any of my friends or anyone on Angie's List.

When we selected American Wood Reface, we had high expectations but felt that the owner and salesman, Bruce, may have oversold the product and his Company's abilities. As it turned out, he may well have undersold his capabilities. Bruce and company far exceeded our expectations. Everything that Bruce promised to deliver, he did and then some. We could not be happier with the quality of the refacing, the quality of the hardwood doors, and especially the incredible quality of the workmanship. Work began with the installation of the quartz countertops. Tim and Steve installed four slabs of quartz that most likely would have required six slabs from other providers. The L shaped sink slab and the island slab (for the pass-through) were made possible by incredibly detailed measuring and attention to detail. All slabs fit perfectly and were finished exactly as ordered. The cabinetry and refacing were done by two master carpenters, Paul and Jim. You'd have to see their work to believe it; the cabinets are absolutely beautiful. My wife and I are convinced that their work is better than if we had had the cabinets totally replaced especially given the many odd measures and angles produced by 30 years of wear and settling. Paul and Jim were meticulous, exacting, and true craftsmen. They treated our home as if it were theirs; the quality is evident thoughout. Their extensive experience produced a remarkable transformation; plus, they were a joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing posed any difficulty to them. WOW! My wife and I look at our kitchen and consider ourselves lucky to have selected American Wood Reface.

A great experience. Met Bruce at the Concord spring show; helpful to understand the process and quality. Good samples to decide what we wanted. Paul came and measured what we needed; the timeframe from ordering to showing up and doing the work was as described. Work completed in planned timeframe. The quality of the wood is very good, better than what we have seen at other home centers. The quality of the workmanship and final product was very good. The guys did a great job. It's like we have a new kitchen at a good price.

Everything they did was great. Paul and Joe are absolutely dynamic. Those guys are just outstanding. They were very prompt and reliable. If they said they would be here at 8 they would be here at 7:30. I would highly recommend them, and I would definitively not hesitate to use them again.

They did a wonderful job! They quality of the work is fantastic! The technical work of installing the cabinets was excellent. Paul Brees, who installed the cabinets, is an impeccable technician. He has a great work ethic and is a true delight to work with.

The quality of workmanship could not have been better. The joints and transitions have the look of fine furniture. The workman enclosed the kitchen in poly and we never saw any dust or dirt. We purchased our own door and drawer hardware at Restoration Hardware and they installed them perfectly. We also had stone counter tops and tile installed, AMERICAN WOOD REFACE worked with the other contracors and scheduled the work so everything was done in the order needed. If you want good craftmanship, you cannot go wrong with this company.

There were two guys and they were just wonderful. They offered me great price and honored the coupons that I had. It took about four days to finish the work and they cleaned up things everyday before they went home. I had a problem with a cabinet recently so, they put in a brand new cabinet door.

Great folks. Professional, precise, cleaned up beautifully. Pleasant to have around. It looks beautiful. The only glitch occurred because the measuring was done by someone accustomed to measuring for granite. Backsplashes were therefore too short and had to be remade, delaying their installation for 2 weeks. Otherwise, it was an easy experience. Price reflects a promotional discount because I first contacted them at a kitchen/bath show. Included in this is an excellent stainless double sink that retails for $350. All in all I'm very happy and would be pleased to call them again.

I liked that they offered a better price. They had the color that we wanted. The sales people were very helpful and they followed up after the installation. The installation went well. They cleaned up and were easy to work with. We liked that they had their own cutting and installation crew.

I am thrilled with my new cabinets. They were a great company to work with. They were professional, prompt, clean and met all of our expectations.

The installation went fine, but we were under the impression that the installation would be done by employees of Prestige Marble. We paid a premium price for this reason. The job went fine overall. They did everything they said they would on time. I would probably use them again in the future.

Bruce was great to work with. He came out on a Saturday morning to do measurements and give us an estimate. He went through and educated us on the product as well He gave us a good deal and it was important to him that we got everything in these new countertops we wanted for a good price. It's also worth noting that unlike other companies that do Silestone, Prestige Marble only requires a 50% upfront payment with the remaining 50% only paid when the job is completed to our satisfaction. Within 3 weeks of the initial estimate, the job was complete. Their installation crew showed up early and got to work and did a fine job. The counters look great!
